When I cancelled my Bangkok Bank debit card several years ago, I visited my local branch in person and was required to sign a couple of forms so as to ensure that my account was not debited with subsequent card fees.

I believe he wants to keep funds to a minimum for some reason, he hasn't explained.

To be on the safe side, leave a few thousand in your account(s), but please do use a small amount every month or two, even on a very small online transaction, so you don't face difficulties!

That can't be true, my Kbank accounts often run down to a few satang.  Until I get around to transferring more money in from overseas.

Bangkok Bank: Last transaction Dec/23/22 Balance 247b.....Next Transaction Dec/26/23 returned to same balance / no charges (thankfully 5555) and made my deposit without problems.
