"Previously, the Airports of Thailand (AOT), had no explicit rules barring pets from the airport"

How is this possible?!

Decades ago, the ex had a cat that would immediately poop when we put her in the car to go to the vet (only time it ever left the house was to go to the vet).

Seems fair.. :whistling:

How would you check in your pets at the terminal, some airlines allow pets in cabin now.

They are in a suitable bag, carrier. Many airlines have allowed pets up to 5kg in the cabin for decades. Not in economy due to lack of space.

Air Europa are, apparently, the opposite. I flew Madrid to Sao Paulo and was horrified to see animals (albeit in carriers) being taken onboard into the (economy class) cabin. Animals not permitted in business class.

Glad there's no rules currently for pets wandering in Thai airports, cause I don't go anywhere without my comfort pony.

Probably did not think in was necessary. Now people want to take their stinking pets into shops, hospitals and even ON the planes. Leave the damn things at home or in kennels.

On a leash or a carrying box / cage
