I never said there was a campaign finance violation, you made that up.

No, he went to jail for tax evasion. He pled guilty to the campaign finance violation to get a reduced sentence such that he could help with the prosecution of Trump.

You two can figure out what you believe.

Trump falsified business records to hide a campaign finance violation.

Just because Cohen pled guilty to a campaign finance violation to get a reduced sentence for his tax-evasion charges, does not mean there was an actual campaign finance violation.

When did the payment to stormy become a campaign finance violation?

Federal campaign finance violations fall under the jurisdiction of the FEC. Why did they choose not to prosecute Trump?

What admissible evidence in court supports that? Nobody can point me to any,  just make bald allegations. What's the campaign violation, that means what statute was violated? Nobody seems to know

True. Trump want to terminate the constitution in his tweet.

Do you have something else to say instead of repeating the same pointless post?

Preferably something sensible and appropriate to the topic you think/actually you are replying to!

The FEC declined to go after Michael Cohen for his campaign finance violation because he had already pled guilty.

No one is accusing Trump of a campaign finance violation, that's in your head.

Michael Cohen pled guilty to a campaign finance violation, please try to keep up.

Can you explain why Trump didn't pay Stormy Daniels using funds from the Trump campaign?

Because it would have been a campaign finance violation.

The campaign was in 2016, and Cohen was convicted of tax evasion and plead guilty to campaign finance violations in the second August of 2018.

So, Trump's books were "falsified" to hide Cohen's crimes, correct?

Huh? Not President Trumps place to explain anyhting. Why shift a way from the real issue: facts supporting each and every element of the offense, which nobody has shown.

So, you have no idea. I thought not.

None of them do. Just invective towards even the people who stand by the constitution they seek to destroy.

None of them can even lay out a crime. Ranting speeches, slurs, cartoons.....but no crime.

What does that have to do with anyhting other than his credibility

Reminding you once again.

The Jury will decide what has and has not been proven.

It won’t be long now until they do.

It demonstrates he is able and willing to man-up and admit to his wrong doing.

Definitely more credible than someone who denies responsibility, blames everyone else and refuses to defend himself under oath.

You just made that up, because you don't have an answer.

Trump falsified business records to cover up a campaign finance violation.

Have you considered the possibility that maybe everyone else but you isn't wrong, the case has been proven but you just don't get it?

That is a certainty.

Crimes committed at the direction and with the approval of Trump.

What do you think of the performance of Trump's attorneys so far?

Still no facts. Nothing for me to get LOL

And what was the campaign finance violation. What statute?

Who testified that Trump made the entries into the records?

Spoken like someone with NO knowledge of the US legal system. Just screeches of deranged elitist rage again.

And again, none of you screechers can give any facts, or even the statute that was violated.

How do you know the case will even go to the jury?

2 parts to the charges:

Trump falsified business entries. That has been proven in court, and admitted to by Trump accountants. Tell me if you disagree.

The false business entries were intended to cover up a campaign finance violation. Again, this has been testified to by multiple people. Do you disagree?

If you can't grasp this, there is something wrong with you.

Just now, Yagoda said:

The statute that was violated is listed in the charging document.

Please don't pull a @Yellowtail and claim if I haven't memorized the statute that Trump is therefore innocent.
