This country attracts the worst foreigners... always has, and always will... when your claim to fame is prostitutes and cheap alcohol until all hours, you reap what you sow.

Do you live in Thailand?

No problem quickly identifying Western criminals. Why so long to ID the Chinese?

From my experience, Chinese men in foreign countries never behave normally.

You can say the same about almost any men from any country when they are in a foreign country.

Except maybe Aussies. They're dicks at home and abroad !

But seriously. Arabs in Thailand. Yanks anywhere. Brits anywhere. French/German/Swede/Bosnian.

They go to a different country and it's like they think the rules don't apply to them anymore. Or if they do something they can just escape back to home and disappear. Or that their country will bail them out.

Expect a LOT more stories about the Chinese in the years to come. They've been slowly digging their way into the country the same way they've done to Cambodia, Myanmar and a number of other countries from SE Asia to the coast of Africa.

The confusing nature of the reporting probably came from talking to someone who saw a part of the story and then someone else who saw more of it from a bit earlier.

It sounds like one of the Chinese men was trying to drag a female "entertainer" into the bathroom for nefarious reasons. She was trying to resist and attract the attention of some staff to come help her.

Which is where someone saw a Thai man getting involved with the Chinese man and maybe thought he was the one the Chinese guy wanted to bump fuzzies with when it was actually one of the staff trying to separate the Chinese guy from the girl.

Can't believe the one Thai guy saying he aspired to join the Army though. Most people I talk to seem to think that's the "option of last resort" if you can't find any kind of paying job elsewhere.

A group of Chinese men attacked a young waiter in Na Kham jeopardising his aspirations of becoming a soldier. Footage shared on social media displayed a chaotic scene in a local restaurant involving two foreign men. The video led to a plea to identify the Chinese assailant.

On June 11th, 2024, reporters visited the establishment in Na Kham, Kabin Buri District, Prachinburi Province. Blood stains on the floor bore witness to the brutality. An eyewitness, Mr. Ratchanan (pseudonym), recounted the nightmarish ordeal. He was celebrating a friend's birthday when he noticed a Chinese man dragging the waiter towards the restroom. Upon intervening, he discovered the man was trying to force the waiter inside and nearly harmed him.

As the restaurant prepared to close, the same Chinese man contested his bill. Within moments, another Chinese individual entered as if to escalate the situation, and quickly departed. Soon after, a third Chinese man, clad in a black shirt, brandished a knife and lunged at the young waiter.

A total of eight Chinese men were involved; four launched the attack, while four waited in a car outside. Mr. Ratchanan used a table to fend off the assailants, but one of them managed to slash his right arm. He fled outside, hearing two gunshots whose origin remains unknown. The attackers eventually drove away.

Mr. Nok (pseudonym), working at the bar during the attack, didn't witness the incident firsthand but was aware of the Chinese men's menacing intentions. He hid the waiter, but the aggressors pursued him relentlessly. Speaking to the media, Mr. Nok highlighted the waiter's diligence and determination, lamenting that no one should face such violence.

Kabin Buri Police Station officials arrived promptly, recorded the bloodstains, and began compiling evidence to pursue further investigation. The community now awaits justice for the young waiter whose life and dreams are shattered.

Anyone committing a criminal offence with a deadly weapon, (Thai, Chinese, Farang or whoever), whether the weapon is used to kill, injure or just threaten, should receive a DEATH SENTENCE

Bloody hell what sentence would you give someone who threatens to break wind??

If Thailand produced quality facilities for visitors the Quality Tourists might come.

Chinese gangs are getting bigger than ever all over Southeast Asia. It is their main goal to take over. The problem is Thailand won't really do anything, they still lean on the Chinese as their ca$h cows. Philippines is trying but not hard enough. Chinese will bully their way in, they feel superior over the rest of the world, except probably with Russia.

Just one sentencing for everything. You murder somebody, then you get death. You walk on the grass, you get death. Would work wonders.
