    The title of this article is factually wrong and misleading.   The president's immunity is for official acts of government while in office.   Encouraging a mob to storm the capitol

    Members of congress and judges have immunity, if we want to strip it from the President, let's strip it from them as well.

    Members of Congress only have immunity for speech.
