...a lot of Monks would tend to agree with you it seems

In fact, many Thai men (minus the farang) at a certain age want to become monks for a bright future.

I know guys in 70s and 80s who still have sex, helps if you're fit and healthy so you don't have ED issues which must effect motivation

In the 70s it is pretty normal, but less common in the 80s, while exceptional int the 90s. As someone said it goes down and down, and down...

Just to say, at 72, I have sex a couple of times a week at the best of times, but I see bilateral Orchiectomy as an option to slow down progress of my Prostate cancer if it spares me the nappies.

Who's doing you from boasting?

Have you thought about turning gay ?

Why would that help? I'm sure impotency affects gays like hetero men.

maybe because old timers should not have kids, because they will be dead before the kid goes to uni in many cases...   specially if you have daughters...   sons will find a way to die stupidly in this country...

I don't get it, if it's not getting hard, take a cialis/viagra? Doesn't it solve the issue

There was a 30 something guy in Cambodia when I lived there that took viagra every time, even though he didn't need it. A few years later he couldn't get it up without taking Viagra. Shot himself in the foot, or in this case, the penis.

I find marijuana can help with erectile issues, although a lot depends on your partner.  I have found that it's also necessary to change the way I have sex, putting more emphasis on petting, foreplay, etc., focusing on the pleasuer of my partner, and not worrying so much about my own orgasm. This is not what most men want to hear however.

That said, there have been studies that show that ejaculating regularly is good for prostate health. One study I remember claimed that ejaculating 20 or more times a month would reduce prostate problems.

Sex is much to ' overvalued ' .

It is the testosterone that makes you want it ...

Today , when I look at most females , I do not feel attracted at all .

Libido is down , I guess ...

Good .

Not into fat, pink hair, tattoos and nose rings then?

Funny topic.

I recall reading an article many years ago about a study some sex clinic like a Johnson and Masters did. They had 'volunteers' to see who could go from flaccid to ejaculation in the shortest time. The 'winner' took 11 seconds.

The 'winner' was also 83 years old. Now THAT'S a guy fit for the office of Presidency!

I took that as a challenge, In a few decades....well, records are made to be broken.

Stay fit, keep body fat under 15% and stay far from diabetes Type II, and you won't be either shut out of life's greatest game and purpose, nor be a customer for Big Pharma.

I am 68 and still have strong desire. Can usually get it up but sometimes need a bit of medicine help. I do have trouble reaching the peak so ladies are usually happy in that I can last longer. I usually lose energy before hardness. After that it doesn't take much energy to dine at the Y.

Are you referring to cunnilingus, or fellatio?

Some women love that kind of attention, others don't.

Unless a woman has excellent hygiene, I've found it to be more of a turnoff than a turnon.

you can experiment with herbal remedies instead of viagra.

but you need to do some research, especially if you're taking medications as herbal remedies can also have negative effects if not used properly.

https://www.urophoenix.com/2022/12/16/5-best-herbal-remedies-for-mens-erectile-dysfunction/

gingko

ginseng

yohimbine -- watch out with this one. i tried it once and the heart rate gets up very high. i got scared and stopped taking it. but it's powerful

horny goat weed

maca

I’m only 73, so I’m not yet at the point of no return, but I’d say some people may have problems earlier in life than others simply because of poor health.  And I think genetics must play a role.

Anyway, for anyone interested in experimenting, there are a few easy things to try.

First, if you’re using any kind of mouthwash or toothpaste with fluoride, stop.  If you’re drinking fluorinated water, stop.  Second, look into the role of nitric oxide on ED.  How you breath can  make a difference.

Bottoms remain unaffected by impotency, no?

But elderly bottoms probably are messy partners, TIT I guess...

It was only a matter of time before a bunch of 70 year olds started bragging about their shape

Yes, at least they prove that they still have the stamina for bragging. Seriously at 70+ it isn't the sex life we have now that matters it is the sex life we've had, or for some the one they should have had.

No interest at all, it's like a burden that's been lifted, don't even bother looking at porn any longer. 70's

I hear you. What's left? Elaborate please.

More money in your pocket?

No barfines, no ladies drinks, no taxi money...

Do something more honest, useful, fulfilling and wholeheartedly satisfying with your savings than just buying some fake companionship, like donate to Trump?
