7 eggs for breakfast is luckier.

Chok Di!

2 eggs and toast is only about 18 grams of protein. Adults need at least 50 grams. Be losing muscle on that diet.

You should try a 5-egg omelet on the 5th day of the month at 5 AM.

Don't eat cabbage with eggs.

Eat stewed cabbage with chicken, instead.

Don't forget to walk to the shop, 500 kilometers from your house, to buy the lotto ticket.

This is part of the diet.

Chinese fermented cabbage is even better!

We used to make this in Taipei for the office staff.

All you need is a large 100 liter barrel, or even one that might be 85 liter capacity.

Just add the cabbage, and pack the cabbage as tightly as possible.

You could even get someone to stand on the cabbage (in the barrel) to tamp it down and make room for more.

Then add plenty of salt.

Actually, the good fermented cabbage comes from China, not Korea....

GARBAGE translation, as usual.

Also, the fermented cabbage tastes better if you read about it in Chinese, first.

NOTE:  THIS CABBAGE GIRL is super HOT, even without her chilies.  She reminds me of my wife, years ago.  Just as spicy.  XiaoLaJiao.....

And, long black hair, down to waist.

Etc.

By the way, re doing the DIY cabbage fermentation, I kind of doubt that this can be done in Thailand without good ACs blasting 24/7....

Or, you might need to wait until the Cool Season in the North of Thailand....

Due to hot weather, and potential for spoilage during the fermentation process.

This worked in Taiwan, but we only made a barrel or two in the winter months.

So, if you want to eat Chinese Sichuan fermented cabbage for breakfast, each morning, which seems like a very good idea to me, and most tasty as well, then you might need to import the finished product in large size packaging from China.

To DIY Cabbage:  Good info Here....  https://extension.psu.edu/lets-preserve-fermentation-sauerkraut-and-pickles#:~:text=Store the container at 70,may become soft and spoil.

BUT:  In Taiwan, we did NOT cover the cabbage with water, as seems to be true for many methods of pickling.  You will need to check out the Taiwanese recipe or a Chinese recipe...using a method without covering the cabbage in water....

Yes but 2 eggs and toast is pretty limited. I think the omad diet is supposed to be a large meal like 1000 calories.

Some meals I eat more, some days I do not eat at all.

Depends if feeling hungry or not.

Weekends are a blow out on the BBQ.

Milk is disgusting.

Ice Cream causes premature heart disease, too, due to super-high amounts of sugar.

The sugar in milk is disgusting.

It's natural sugar, not sure disgusting is the right term. It's effects are bad, but the sugars in milk are there for the calf... Having drunk 2-3 pints of milk per day all the way through high school, i haven't drunk milk in 20+ years.

2 cans of Tops Tuna per day.

lots of mercury.  Maybe that explains the bizarre but fun posts.

I go for 2 cans  mackerel in spicy sauce I buy at 7 Eleven.  Tastier IMO and much cheaper. Also supposedly less mercury but I have my doubts about that claim.

And can back up everything I say with facts. Why troll at age 67? I worked out from age 17 until now, ate healthy all those years. A body fat of 5% isn't unhealthy. Mine went even lower at times, just like Rambo, although he did drugs to get there. Clarence Bass had a 2% fat percentage, Look up his book. All it takes is dedication and will power. My fat % is higher now because I haven't worked out this past year like I did earlier, and eating more rice. I can get it down again easily because that's my lifestyle. Ask susanlea about my cd's. I sent pictures.

Possibly true but highly(as in almost impossible) unlikely you were at 5% consistently. Body builders are much higher than 5% out of competition for a reason.  The best of the best marathon runners that are all ripped average just under 8%.

Outdoor Magazine Article: The Elite Subjects

On average, the runners were 29 years old, stood just under 5’ 7”, and had BMIs of 19.9. They had an average body fat of 7.9%, and reached a max heart rate of 190. Their leanness probably makes them highly efficient, and good at dealing with the heat generated by long, fast running. They ran in lightweight racing flats, but didn’t yet have access to the soon-to-come Nike Vaporfly 4% shoes.

The larger the fish (tuna), and the longer-lived the fish, and the more a fish feeds on other fish, and other food that contains mercury, then the higher the mercury levels in the fish. So higher on the food chain, the more mercury, ....maybe....

Technically impossible to loose so much bodyweight in such short time unless we talking about water dehydration.

It is not healthy.

Im on a 300 - 500cal deficit a week and loose stady 0,5 a week. Some weeks nothing, another week up to a kg, all depending on how much water I drink.

On a deficit restricted diet, and or high protein diet, you need to drink alot of water, and make sure you get enough sodium. As well other essential nutrients.

Living in Thailand min 3l clean water, up to 5. Not counted coffe or any other drinks as coconut water, sports drinks to cover your electrolytes

3kg a week is not impossible.

Did 60kg (50% body weight loss) in 5 months in 2022.

2023 to now I put back on 20kg.... hence I have returned to my diet and have dropped back 12.

Wish you good luck then, it is not healthy, especially for those at our age here. 50 years and up

Evidence based article, and need to read the whole article for better understanding.

According to many experts, losing 1–2 pounds (0.45–0.9 kg) per week is a healthy and safe rate. Losing more than that is considered too fast and could put you at risk of many health problems, including muscle loss, gallstones, nutritional deficiencies and a drop in metabolism

That would take incredible drive and congrats.  It isn't healthy and you are rolling the dice and with terrible possible consequences. Why so you do this to yourself?  You do know these types of swings can cause major mental issues because of the lack of nutrients in the losing phase.  Really - congrats with the weight loss but you need to figure out what is happening mentally that causes this unhealthy behavior.  I would be scared of all the stretch marks but that isn't  a health issue.

Even with the fat removed, everything in it is purposed to turn a calf into a large cow as quickly as possible.

It is pretty clear that you haven't spent much time on a farm with livestock.

Calves are usually weaned at about 3 months or when they weigh about 100 Kg.... that's a long way from being a large bovine.

You're right about that. You can replace 'much time' with 'no time'. However, I did see a Harvard Medical School specialist give a clear breakdown of the purpose of the main component parts of cows milk. The fact remains that everything in milk is purposed to bulk up calves.
