90 Days Report after getting 1 year extension, follow the last date of report or count new?

Featured Replies

Hi everyone,

even done it so many times, just got confused if I have to follow the last date of 90 days report (the next report would be on 05. August) or do I count from the new 1 year extension of Non-O visa, which I got just a week ago?

Appreciate your help.

Regards, Tommy

The 90 report has nothing to do with extension.

Having stated that there are few immigration offices that do a 90 report when you do an annual extension.

Which immigration office?

It was at Chaeng Watthana IO

The last one.  90-day reports do not start again with a new extension..."90-day" is the clue.

CW I believe include with your FIRST extension as a 90 day report. But the real easy way to tell is to check the 90 day report slip that is stapled into your passport.

Okay people,

Here is a foolproof way to tell whether your 90-day reporting was reset when you got a new year extension issued.

Ask yourself:

When I got my year extension stamp inked in did the immigration officer give me a new 90-day report receipt with a new due date?

If that answer is yes, they did reset your 90-day reporting when you got your extension and you follow that new paper.

If that answer is no, they did not reset your 90-day reporting when you got your extension and you follow the due date of 90-day paper in your passport now.

That works 100% of the time.
