Kuwaiti Man Causes Severe Accident in Pattaya:

A Kuwaiti man riding a motorcycle against traffic collided with another motorcycle carrying four Thai women on Pattaya Sai Sarm Road on August 6, causing serious injuries to three Thai women and the Kuwaiti man, Abdelaziz. The fourth Thai woman had minor injuries. Police are investigating and awaiting Abdelaziz's recovery for questioning.

Riding against traffic and 4 on a motorcycle. 

Both illegal but in a country where ignoring traffic laws is perfectly normal ....accidents are frequent and soon forgotten.
