Check your history book. Previous to the Trump/McConnell Court, the right to decide was ruled Constitutional for 50 years.

And Plessy v. Ferguson was "ruled" Constitutional for 60 years.

Even the liberal justices understood the Roe. v. Wade was not really constitution, their argument to support it was that it was for the greater good. Much like affirmative action.

Nice try but you still can't show us any clothes in the US Constitution where infanticide or even abortion is mentioned. Judges making up rights out of air is one thing, have it written down in a foundational document is another

Putin invades under Bush, invades under Obama, and invades under Biden.

It makes no sense that Putin controls Trump, or he would have taken Ukraine the moment Trump got into office.

But he waited until Biden got into office because he believed what?

Trump wasn't pushing the nato/ukraine thing

Nor can you find those words in the US Constitution so … nice try. A bit for reflection. Where does it say in the Constitution that the national government has the power to regulate airplanes? Internet communications? The safety of medical care/pharmaceuticals? Etc. If not clearly stated in the Constitution? So, back to 1783 …

United States Constitution (Article I, Section 8, Clause 3)

If it involves money for products or services, it can be regulated ...

The Constitution gives Congress the right to pass laws. There is nothing stopping Congress from passing any law they like in regard to regulating abortion and allowing it right up until the moment of birth.

Neither is there anything stopping anyone from amending the Constitution to make abortion a right.

Thats a pretty good philosophy. One could say that was a motto of our successful founding fathers, and an unsuccessful in France and Russia
