I can imagine him being president during a second term if he had continued running and had won.

Running for president, doing debates, etc. is a different thing than actually being president.

Trump is running. He is almost as old as Biden and the mental decline is much more clear. In addition, Trump is a convicted felon, sexual predator, thief and liar. He has many more felonies waiting to be tried for election fraud in multiple jurisdictions.

 

His espionage and theft of government documents case will be back shortly and hit him like a freight train, including mandatory jail time.

The minimum applies at the time of sentencing, before the appeals start. Donnie could easily be feeding worms at Bedminster by the time he actually has to report, but then again, that case does not lend itself to appeal. The facts are too blatant and obvious.

Maybe not but he will be sentenced to prison, it would not surprise me if the traitors on the supreme court suspended the sentence but he will be sentenced to prison.
