You are really completely incapable of responding substantively. When I ask you the question if it is possible that Trump can cut gasoline prices in half, you ignore the question and start using derogatory words. Tell me: what are the capabilities that Trump has that are necessary to be a good president?

Agenda47 and what he did last time - you know - no wars and economy good and jobs and etc etc etc

We are so lucky that 90% of the Trumpers here are foreigners.

I still don't understand why they waste their time here, rather participating in their home country in support of fascists.

I had to respond to this one - after another did and also took the appropriate action (block).

It astounds me that those with Trump Hatred Affliction can make such comments, when it is about 80% of the posters here on AN that are woke liberals who also have THA - but the majority of AN members stay away from the political stuff.

I also love the way they say 'we' as if they speak on behalf of others - they say it is a symptom of what is called the woke 'hive mind'.  I believe that means that they think as a group because they are incapable of thinking by or for themselves. Hence their propensity to believe the media lies and distortions.

Ai, how is it possible to be so deleted?

Trump falsely touts endorsement from JP Morgan CEO Jamie Dimon

https://www.theguardian.com/us-news/2024/oct/04/trump-jamie-dimon-false-endorsement

Seems a staffer posted on Truth, and a staffer of JP Morgan denied it was officially true.

Perhaps a private endorsement that the staffer posted without knowing it was not 'official'.

I know it sounds ridiculous that a person who is campaigning to be POTUS has staffers who put some of his social media posts out, but perhaps he is that busy.  I note Dimon has not said a word himself - perhaps he understands it was a staffer's error and has accepted that apology. Not claiming that - just being logical and thinking of why the post was made in error.  I am sure if the CEO of CNN was quoted in a Trump social media post that he endorsed Trump that he would immediately and personally release social media posts/videos saying that claim was false? But then again he might be a reasonable person and call the guy's Head of Staff and get it sorted.

Or maybe it was just a clusterpharrk of a mistake made by a staffer on the campaign because everyone is so busy and stressed out from the high workload and the long hours. I am sure, unlike Kamala's Team, that they are flat out dealing with all the preparations, speeches, travelling, meetings and all the media events/issues.

I love that Trump refused to officially endorse the 2020 election result - like many people he was very sceptical that so many postal/ballot box votes were cast in key States. But without any proof it is now all over - because the election has been officially signed off on in each State and accepted by Congress and the Senate.  Trump has moved on (somewhat) and I am sure he thinks that the last 4 years has been good, in that it has shown the People of USA what the Dems are really like, and he will be returned to Office, and the GOP will be in Office for many years to come - while the radical lefties are running the Dem Party.   Right now there is a new documentary/movie by Dinesh D'Souza - worth a look IMO.

The election was as fake as the Russian Conspiracy.

The Hunter Biden laptop story was also accused as being a 'conspiracy theory'.

Dems and their MSM mate love to label anyone disagreeing with their lies and lunacy as 'deniers'.

Yes he will.

Yes he will.

Yes they will.

Landslide.

There were 65.6 million postal votes accepted and counted in 2020 - the VAST majority were for Biden.

The National Vote at Home Institute, which advocates postal ballots and is led by former Denver elections director Amber McReynolds, analyzed all states in 2020 and found that 32 states "are missing major pieces of policy or best practices that ensure a secure mail ballot process such as a sufficient data integrity process, signature verification processes and/or a signature deficiency cure process." Among these 32 states, 15 lack steps to verify voters' addresses before mailing them ballots, 17 states do not mandate a signature verification process, and 30 do not have adequate options to cure defects in voter signatures.

Postal voting in the 2020 United States elections - Wikipedia

Do some reading and wake up - there are grounds for saying the postal votes counted (65 million of them) election was 'not rigorously managed'.  Yes the result is done and dusted - but I also do not believe that OJ Simpson was innocent - and I will point out that he was not found innocent (he was found 'not guilty'). Same for all the Court cases about the election - not one of them stated that there was no election fraud through postal votes - they all stated either 'no standing' to lodge a case, or thrown out for lack of Court acceptable evidence, or insufficient evidence to prove overall result was in error.

I know how bad the US Election System is myself for a fact, because one of the Federal Agencies I dealt with in Australia for over 20 years was the Australian Electoral Commission (AEC). Their senior managers all laughed when they would talk about the USA elections and how haphazard and open to abuse they are - everything from electoral roll management to on the day lodgement - and especially how postal votes are done in many States.

I have to agree with that comment, because in no normal country/world would any one of its citizens consider voting for a man with the credentials that trump has and I certainly don't know of anybody who would vote for someone with this history:

Morals: – cheated on his wives. Also found guilty of rape.

Businesses: – he has led many companies to bankruptcy, owing $69 million to everyday American working folk and subcontractors who never got paid. Among the companies who went bankrupt were Trump casinos in Atlantic City; Trump mortgages; Trump University (a moneymaking scam); Trump vodka; Trump airlines; Trump steaks.

Dishonesty: – Trump was convicted of stealing funds from a children's charity and ordered to repay $2.1 million, after admitting to this theft. He has often lied about the size of his properties to be able to benefit from tax deductions and cases regarding this are currently ongoing.

Compassion: – Trump mocked a handicapped newspaper reporter and also stated that he wished the disabled vets were not there.

There is so much more that could be written, but what is amazing is that he still has his followers, because no one with any sense would surely vote for this morally bankrupt buffoon.

Yet here we are discussing "I love Donald Trump" when in fact he has not one redeeming feature.

Absolutely unbelievable, yet he has fooled so many people......perhaps these red necked goobers are the poorly educated type that he likes.

Having said that, now I will quit posting on this forum because I cannot believe the stupidity of the trump fans on here. And if by some miracle trump is elected then the US will have gotten the idiot they deserve.

Before I leave......this is good to see:-

Members of far-right extremist groups. Former police officers. An Olympic gold medalist swimmer and active duty U.S. Marines are among the hundreds of people who have been convicted in the massive prosecution of the Jan 6, 2021 riot in the three years since the stunned nation watched the U.S. Capitol attack unfold on live TV.

About 750 people have been sentenced, with almost two-thirds receiving some time behind bars. Prison sentences have ranged from a few days of intermittent confinement to 22 years in prison. The longest sentence was handed down to Enrique Tarrio, the former Proud Boys national chairman who was convicted of seditious conspiracy for what prosecutors described as a plot to stop the transfer of power from Trump, a Republican, to Joe Biden, a Democrat.

Now I love him even more - Trump will ensure no US Citizen in Thailand is double taxed.

Lets hope this move by Trump is 'heard' by the numpties in Thai Govt and the result flows down to those Expats from other countries to ensure we are all not 'extra' taxed on the money we already paid taxes on when we were working/earning money.

Interesting.....

Early mail-in voting for the 2024 U.S. presidential election has begun in at least 37 states, with millions of ballots already requested. So far, significantly more registered Democrats have requested mail ballots than Republicans, especially in key battleground states like Pennsylvania, Michigan, and Georgia.

Don't tell me it is going to happen again - I think/hope the rules have been tightened up in most States.

There was no significant voter fraud in 2020, so no need to tighten up the rules.

Unless you want to tighten the rules to exclude minorities.

Many  States have tightened up the voting rules for the 2024 election.

This is just in 2022 - https://usafacts.org/articles/30-states-have-made-these-voting-changes-since-the-2020-election/

From this year - https://www.brennancenter.org/our-work/research-reports/how-voting-laws-have-changed-battleground-states-2020

No mate - Voting abuses that happened in 2020 (unproven, but happened) will not be happening the same this time around - maybe there will be new ways they will abuse postal votes.

How about excluding all the illegals? Those for the last 10-15 years? Federal Martial Law outlawing and banning all illegals - apprehension and deportation, including those with previous State 'recognitions' - and jail for anyone that employs an illegal. I can see many of them being deported back whence they came, and many agreeing to leave.  Appeals? Sure - just lodge them at the Embassy in your own country.

Again you don;t give an answer: I asked you about the promise (the lie) of Trump to cut gasoline prices in half. What will Trump do to achieve this?
Snap with his fingers? "Drill baby drill"? Oil companies in USA won't drill for a new well when a barrel costs less than $48 to $69 (depending where). Price today is $75.
Labor costs went up: will Trump lower the salaries of the men who drill and other men who work in refineries? Trump is promising you a cookie that he doesn't have... and you buy this empty promise. (Unless Trump will subsidize it like a communist regime.)

The fact that a Court has not ruled that what I have said was incorrect - then your position is that everything I have said about Trump is correct.

where was his "courage" in the 1960's?  Heel spurs! but still playing all the sports in college.  I have had heel spurs off and on my entire adult life but it sure didn't keep me out of the military or VN.   I just wait for his campaign speech about the medals he was awarded for VN service or the Middle East/Afghan service.

One of the many mistakes that Trump admitted making when calling for his removal. Milley was the key player in bringing into the Military the BS of critical race theory, white privilege, and DEI initiatives. Next time around Trump knows exactly who to put in what position - some will not work out - but this time he will make far less mistakes. Not being a politician, he had no idea how politics really works in the military and the bureaucracy at the highest levels - now he does.

Trump hesitated to give disaster aid to California, until advisors showed him voter data

Former President Donald Trump attempted to stop aid from reaching Californians impacted by natural disasters due to the state's Democratic leanings, a new report claims.

According to E&E News, Trump had to be convinced to send federal disaster aid to California in 2018, when the state was plagued with deadly wildfires that killed more than 100.

Former Trump resiliency policy director Mark Harvey told the outlet that Trump was worried about sending aid to the deep-blue state until he pulled voter data showing that Trump had more support in Orange County, California than Iowa.

Trump is despicable, selfish, got zero empathy, greedy, incompetent, only able to 'first-level thinking' (eg, he got some sort of immunity, next he 'wants to prosecute Biden for 'whatever' Biden did that Trump doesn't like (WTF, Trump arranged that presidents got some sort of immunity, ha ha; but Trump was unable to realize regarding the consequences of immunity for him...). He suggested some kind of 'purge' for criminals... wow, great, then we can shoot this convicted felon!

Sounds like the right choice to me.....wrong president if anything.

Milley emphasized that military officers should be “well-read” and open to learning about various theories, including CRT. He explained that understanding these concepts does not mean endorsing them but is necessary to understand the societal issues that could impact the military and the country.
