The true heart and soul of Jack Smith's filing is Section 3 which begins on page 88 in which he argues that none of the allegations or evidence Is protected by Presidential Immunity. He writes:

The masterful arguments he goes on to present in support of the above assertions are truly compelling, and I predict that they will prevail, even if and when they are revisited by the Supreme Court.

Trump came out on election night and claimed victory when votes were still being counted. Only dictators do that.
