Looking for a Grass Cutting Service in Rawai

I usually wait until the grass is so high that my landlord sends his workers to cut it with a strimmer. 

But I've got two new neighbours now and they put my garden to shame! 

So can anyone recommend a grass cutting service? Nothing too professional - two people with a strimmer and rake would be fine.
