First order of the day after given permission by Biden is to trained the ATACMS towards the 50,000 Russian and North Korean troops in the Kursk region. Push the invaders out of Kursk and Ukraine will have a stronger bargaining power at the table.

Do you seriously think Biden woke up and gave permission  to allow the use of these Missiles Frank ? No he ran it through his team before announcing it.

His team ran though it and told him what to say to the camera, if you thunk Biden is in control of anything then you are rather foolish.

The guy can barely speak

Is that your best response to a request for a reliable source (other than Putin)?

Please provide a (non Putin)  reliable source regarding the guidance required to use the version(s) of ATACMS provided to Ukraine!

You asked for military source then inked Wikipedia,  I found it amusing

I asked YOU for a military source although I suspected that you cannot find one!

By "Military source" I do not mean the Pentagon but a reliable Military publication!

All you have quoted is a statement made by Putin, not exactly a reliable source on anything!

Subject matter.

Your post is the "Subject matter" or have you forgotten?

Please give a logical, if possible, answer to my post which you have just responded to!

For reference here is a copy of the questions!

The man putiing down his marker in USA Presidential history even as his White House days are winding down. Good decision to lift the restriction and blunt Russian and North Korea attacks and force Putin to the negotiating table. Joe is also busy with dispensing infrastructure funds as Trump pledge to erdicate those unspent fundings. Then it is off to Brazil to mark his climate legacy and the G20 summit to talk about climate change, poverty reduction and other global problems. Lame duck he is not.

I'm not expert but I highly doubt that.

There's a reason why north korean troops were sent to Kursk and not Ukraine. Probably some sort of mutual assistance treaty between the two countries.

But hey!

No doubt I should trust a 5-stars armchair general like you :))

I'd say it would be highly embarrassing for both Putin and Kim for North Korean troops to be captured in Ukraine. Even more so if some of them decided to defect.

Possibly not the reason you would arrive at, but we can't all think outside the square.

Re-posting my input, from what is a now a "Closed Forum Thread"  for redirection of any discourse to this current thread.

It is not simply, just a question of allowing use.

Putin has previously said that giving Ukraine the green light on missile use would effectively mean that the U.S. and NATO are "in the war."

"Flight assignments for these missile systems can, in fact, only be entered by military personnel from NATO countries. Ukrainian servicemen cannot do this. And therefore, it is not a question of allowing the Ukrainian regime to strike Russia with these weapons or not. It is a question of making a decision whether NATO countries directly participate in the military conflict or not," Putin said in September.

"If this decision is made, it will mean nothing less than the direct participation of NATO countries, the United States, and European countries, in the war in Ukraine," he added.
