Her return path has been laid under the amnesty bill to be tabled to Parliment in early December and passed for royal endorsement in April.

Ah yes. The infamous article 44.

The illegal, corrupt junta stating that 'We can do what we want, whenever we want and no mortal can stop us.'

The junta should be the one in jail for damages to the tourism businesses and the image of Thailand!

Exiled former Thai Prime Minister Yingluck Shinawatra is set to return and face legal proceedings in Thailand, free from any special privileges, said Worachai Hema, a former Pheu Thai Party MP from Samut Prakan.

Just like her brother....

There is no legitimate reason why she or her brother should ever be allowed back in Thailand.

Well they are Thai?

Legal proceedings should be applied to enforce law.  Not for political ends.
Thailand is not the only country where legal proceedings are being used for inappropriate purposes.

Her brother has massive amounts of blood on his hands.
Yingluck does not.  And her accusers have themselves a few things to answer for.

And will the corrupt junta generals ever be punished for their illegal coup in removing both Yingluck and Thaksin from their respective positions of being freely elected PMs?

On her return she will fall sick, spend a year in 5-star hospital then be pardoned. Same old sh!t.

Would that be anything like the same old same old illegal military coups?

Except of course, the generals pardoned themselves.

There is equally no legitimate reason why the generals should not be punished for pulling illegal coups.
