So is the left still wanting to get rid of the filibuster?

They backed off that fast. Schumer started talking about "let's play nice now." LOL

What about packing the court, they still want to move ahead with that?

Given up hope for the moment. And Sotomayor's let it be known that she's not stepping down so Biden can replace her w/ someone younger, so that's a dead end. Meanwhile, Trump may get to pick another one or two w/ luck.

Not that underneath Dems have really changed their minds on Harris' "values" or have been able to learn anything from their recent drubbing. Just bidening (sic) their time and regrouping, like Hezbollah. Force and power are all they understand--therefore, Trump.

Nobody voted for fascism, or if they did, they are enemies of the State and deserve no quarter. Anywhere.

They voted so in 2020 and nearly half the electorate did in 2024, but thankfully lost. True, the Biden admin gave no quarter during its hoaxes, coverups, and lawfare, getting new laws passed retroactively to manufacture crimes and creating novel untested interpretations of old laws.

Recent cool thing Trump did was appoint Peter Navarro to serve as "Senior Counselor for Trade and Manufacturing" after he had to serve time for refusing to appear before Schiff's corrupt J6 committee. Hee.

Trump looks for very low quality, highly compromised individuals for positions of important positions of leadership, strictly based on fealty and loyalty to him, with no consideration whatsoever given to the qualifications of the individual.

That is just who and what he is, he is a bottom of the barrel politician and an intelligent pic for an important post can never be expected of Donald Trump.

Kash Patel will prosecute the treasonous cabal who attempted to  remove Trump with corruption based fraudulent fake Hillary Clinton generated Steele dossier, and anyone else found in violation of the law. Get used to seeing liberal law breakers wearing orange jumpsuits! Epic and long overdue. Democrats are in meltdown with Kash's FBI mandate of restoring law and order, AKA rule of law. Some of the Bidens will absolutely need a pardon or they will be behind pipes and you can all thank Trump & Kash for this critical law enforcement mechanism.

Correct.  That ruling came from SCOTUS.

Especially from avowed followers of National Socialism. Noticed his veiled threats of violence. He's already threatened treason, now he threatens insurrection.

At least through 2036, end of Vance's terms.

Right now all the squealing and authoritative posturings and dire prophecies are in the absence of Trump's actually signing any bills or executive orders. He hasn't deported one Venezuelan thug or dared to fire even one useless gov't hack. Our pathetic libs are just repeating their same talking points.

Soon the hysteria's gon' get much, much worse. We really should ignore all that noise.

So whoever's taking over the reins for Diddy will hold a 2 week shindig.  Congress will be a ghost town.

It goes way beyond that. In this case, what the Left says is irrelevant, it's what the centre says that matters.

Pleading the 5th is an automatic red flag to the centre.

Accepting a pardon, which by dint means accepting guilt, is also a red flag. This is the definition of the devil and the deep blue sea.

Someone, somewhere will crack. It's a certainty. And when they do, it will be carnage.

And who is the champion of pleading the fifth amendment?

Trump invokes Fifth Amendment nearly 450 times in N.Y. AG’s civil probe of his business practices

An attorney for Trump said the former president answered only one question, about his name, during the four-hour deposition.

No.

"Still, despite plenty of people screaming from the rafters, the Biden campaign largely ignored the growing problems associated with the rhetoric of the extreme left. In doing so, it let the narrative settle in," he claimed.

Ultimately, the Democratic Party needed to reach out to the "median" voter who is not a partisan in future elections, he argued.

"We’ve seen what happens when we don’t listen to voters—when we focus on reinforcing our tent instead of expanding it, and when we move our message outside of the mainstream," he said.

I think it great that all of these people will be provided the opportunity to prove their innocence to the world in a court of law.
