A 25-year-old woman from Uzbekistan suffered serious injuries after falling from the 6th floor of a hotel in the South Pattaya area. Her friend, who was staying with her in the same room, was found to be heavily intoxicated.

At approximately 12:30 on December 7, the Pattaya City Rescue Centre received a call about the incident at a hotel located behind Pattaya Tower, in the Nong Prue sub-district of Bang Lamung District, Chonburi. Emergency teams, including rescue workers and an ambulance, were dispatched to the scene.

Upon arrival, responders found pieces of broken tiles scattered on the ground near the hotel, and the victim, identified as Choksanum Madrakimova, was found unconscious with a head injury and a broken leg. Medical personnel from Bang Lamung Hospital provided first aid before rushing her to the hospital for urgent treatment.

According to the hotel’s security guard, Banleng, he was on duty when he heard a loud noise and saw the woman lying on the roof before rolling down further. Shocked by the incident, he immediately informed his supervisor at the front desk, who then called authorities.

The victim and her friend, who were both staying at the hotel, had been in a room on the 6th floor. Investigations by Pattaya police revealed that the friend was still intoxicated at the time of the incident. Police have invited her for questioning to determine whether the fall was accidental or caused by other circumstances.

The investigation is ongoing as authorities seek to clarify the cause of the fall.

She looks to be rather heavyset considering her age

That's a nice way of saying, "made her go to the police station". 🤪

I wonder how high the balcony rails are on that hotel.... Thailand is notorious for rails that are more like fulcrums...

Probably not as high as her level of alcohol in her blood. I guess she was as intoxicated as her room mate.

She looks kind of yummy. Shes a real Uzbek too, based on her name. I hope she turns out OK, demon rum again.

6th floor fall and she is not in to bad of shape......The odds of not surviving from the 6th floor are very high...

She landed on a roof first, which will have reduced the impact of her fall.
