1. Your links dont work so we cant judge the correctness of what you say.

2. The H2B program is used by thousands of foreigners who are students in the hospitality fields in their countries. Its a way for vetted foreigners to gain work experience and visit the USA.

I used to work with H2Bs, many of them hot babes from Moldova. I know one young man who was studying restaurant managment in Bulgaria that came to work at the same bar three years in a row. His mediocre earnings were enough for him to continue his studies for the rest of the year. But I digress

Since we dont have any details about what is going on here, your post and title are, as is typical among your ilk, dishonest.

Here some details: Donald Trump Can't Find Enough Americans to Work at Mar-a-Lago - Newsweek

From the article:

Mar-a-Lago made the following requests for foreign workers: 53 waiters and waitresses, seven hotel desk clerks, 17 housekeeping cleaners, five first-line supervisors of food preparation and serving workers, 24 cooks and five bartenders, according to the Department of Labor.

Thats typical H1B. Whats the point?

H1B isn't for hotel clerks, waiters and cleaning staff:

Some hospitality occupations may be eligible for H1B, but I doubt housekeeping helpers would qualify.

Here's an article that discusses the hospitality industry and the applicability of the H1B: https://www.linkedin.com/pulse/visas-hospitality-industry-eaganimmigration-hkw9c

Doesn't seem that housekeepers would qualify.

I edited my post, some may qualify for H1B, but they are actually H2B. Still legal immigrants.

I hate it when facts get in the way of a good bs story, don't you?

CNN just got busted doing a fake prison rescue in Syria, they are  fake news, why should anything they say be believed?

"President-elect Donald Trump has made it clear that he wants to crack down hard on immigration once he’s in office. But his own businesses keep employing foreign guest workers - hiring more of them this year than any other year on record, CNN reported.

Forbes first reported that Trump hired more foreign workers than ever before in 2024. "

I just wondered if you have been to any of the major hotels here in Thailand. Most of the staff that look after your room are not Thai. They have a work visa that allows them to work here for a set period of time.

His main target is ILLEGAL immigration, not legal guest workers with work visas. Europe also moving along the same lines, at last, following Merkel disgracefully opening the doors to all comers. The UK, however. appears to want to continue the unrestricted inflow.
