The diet I developed is not full-on keto. However, sugar and anything high carb went out the window. Noodles, pasta, potato, rice, carrots, bananas, mangos. No alcohol. Low carb vegetables such as cabbage, broccoli, cauliflower and green beans stayed in. Once a week, I allowed myself a Magnum ice cream.
It's common sense a lower body weight places less stress on the heart and other organs.
eGFr is a measure of kidney function. About 50% of elderly people die of kidney failure.
After the diet, my eGFr reading improved by 20 points.
He can't do that without a constitutional amendment, IMO. He does spout a lot of dribble, and it's sad to see so many getting alarmed by the stuff he wobbles on about.
End of the day, he still has to get congress to agree to the big changes. If they agree to it that's on them.
I somewhat agree with your perspective. If, after calculating your tax exposure, you find there’s no tax liability and the penalty for not filing a tax return is relatively minor, one might question whether it’s worth the effort to file at all.
Until he wants to get out of the grip of having to use an agent and go back to getting an extension from his real office. Getting an extension from a province you do not live in is not legal.
