Nothing you wrote has anything to do with my reply nor the link that I posted. It seems you just needed an excuse to write something....anything.

If this is true of you, then I would LOVE to hear your stories of China at that time....because...

There are just not enough.

I can see that.  Those huge chunks of chicken probably bought at a hot outdoor fly market.  Then, many times left over in the evening.   I bet they don't take it back to their room and refrigerate it for the next day.  Probably keep it in some hot garage overnight getting infected with bacteria and Salmonella. Then, pull it out the next day to serve it up.

I buy some deep fried chicken near my condo not long after it's cooked ....  I see chicken still there after 7 hours.

bacteria   ?   sick  ?

You eat  deep fried chicken and yet you are concerned about health?  I doubt it sitting around for hours adds much to it being unhealthy.

Nonsense.

Food vendors/food stalls cook-up only the amounts they know will be sold in a short period of time, and will cook more as the need arises.

This is the norm for Asian markets.   Especially as the competition is fierce, if the news gets out that a stall sells old food, they typically go out-of-business very quickly.

I'm talking about those food carts that go around and up and down the main road.

I don't want a fried chicken leg that's been on tour of Bangkok and used as the fly landing pad 50 times while it cooks a bit more in the sun.

you try it,  and let us know ....

The cheap dirty palm oil if was fried in is more of a health hazard than the cold chicken.

Likewise, sorry to hear that.

It was late at night for me, hungry, had had a few light refreshments...... rough time. ......Seven litres of water intravenous, plus intravenous antibiotics.......bit more careful now....555

I have not had even one instance of stomach-related illness since....well...since late December, 2019....over 5 years now.

I have not had a cold or ANY illness since that time.

People are dangerous to one's health.

Also, the less-stringent food preparation practices of some local eating places can be hazardous, as well.

I have never been this long without a cold, 5 years, in my entire life.

No flu symptoms, nothinig.

People are dangerous.

I will just keep them at bay, mostly, and enjoy being symptom free.

But, you gotta watch eating fruit that is not washed, as sold here, by local markets.

I once was sick as a dog after eating a papaya that I had peeled but had not washed thoroughly in advance.

Sick as a dog.

Should have been on intravenous fluids.
