Well we do have a felon for president……..so much for rule of law.

Tug baby - your back.  Haven't wised up during you absence.  I guess pre-emptive pardons are OK for you.  After all this protects Biden's ass from all his wrongs by pardoning every person that knows about Biden.

Better than you, anyway.

On my side of the fence, I won't be disappointed in anything Trump does. On your side, I'm predicting you will be - repeatedly.

Hardly a day goes by where he isn't reminding people of how dumb they are.

I could never live with so much bitterness inside of me like that poster does.

IMO they were not sufficiently criminal to deserve a prison sentence. I don't care what you think.

The Secret Service don't get the choice, but it speaks to your intellect that you think they get a choice.

I spelled it that way on purpose, but you apparently missed that and went all grammar police on me. LOL.

It's you Trump haters that are the loooooosers. Enjoy the next 4 years- you deserve Trump in your face every day.

Er - grammar deals with the construction of sentences. Spelling deals with the arrangement of individual letters in a word. It seems every post, you can find new ways to display your ignorance.

A winner is someone retired in Thailand, living comfortably with his Thai GF, with more than enough money to see him out. I guess you don't need me to tell you what a loser is.

Double standard? You claim it is wrong and then support doing it.

I think you are confused, where did I say I support them doing it,

Pelosi's the one that threw the LEOs under the bus, deliberately under manning the capitol security that day, to get the exact result that they got.

She wanted it to happen.  She needed it to happen.  Trouble for her is that it just wasn't enough to overcome 2 very weak candidates.  Disastrously weak.

Come on, not that ridiculous lie again! 😆

No, I don't. I know there are always going to be people smarter than me. You are not one of them.

Your final acronym says you have me living rent-free in your head.

That's why Biden complains now about Garland waiting too long to really start investigating Trump! 😆

But to pardon someone, doesn't it mean they have done 'something' to be pardoned for?

nope... not if it is preemptive against stated threats coming from a position of power.

He was in charge of NIH, doing gain of function research. Or do you deny that?

The viruses on which the research program was working are known. They could not have evolved into the Covid 19 virus. It's a ridiculous claim.

But maybe you have some DNA evidence that they could have evolved into the Covid- 19 virus, evidence that would have escaped my attention! Do you? 🙂

This is what Trump has unleashed on the American people. Good luck with that one!

And they know they have a free pass as long as Trump is President.

I see you had a big healthy bowl of racism for breakfast.

Nope I read history books at breakfast.

"It was a line used by Arthur Calwell in the Australian Parliament when he was Minister for Immigration in the 1940s after World War Two. It was a take on the saying "Two wrongs, don't make a right".

Calwell said: "Two wongs, don't make a white" and it was a reference to getting the "right sort" of immigrant into the country. At that time Australia had the "White Australia Policy", which was designed to keep "undesirables" out of the country - which mostly meant Chinese, and other Asians. The White Australia Policy was never written down as a law, it was a policy and procedure for handling applications for immigration. It centred around the notorious dictation test, which could be given in "English, or any European language"."

I'm Australian, class is something that still rules the British. We don't have any time for it.

You talking about class, when you use the acronym KMA - that's rich.

You're modest? You probably have a lot to be modest about.

REPORTER: Among those you pardoned is a guy who used a stun gun on a police officer. Why does he deserve a pardon?

TRUMP: Well, I don't know

Maybe the reporter should ask Biden why he pardoned murderers.

I have almost ZERO worries.

And, far less angst about the president now that he has finally returned to the White House, after too long a vacation.

I voted for Trump.

Or, I would have voted for Trump.

Trump is the least of my worries.

Hope it is the same for all on the forum.....because....

Life should be so good!

Trump's pardon is a slap in the face for every law enforcement officer who was trying to protect the Capitol on January 6.

The Secret Service is supposed to protect Trump. What kind of message does it send to them?

You can say the same for every pardon ever given. They all are a slap in the face of those who worked hard compiling evidence against them to incriminate them and prosecute them. You can also say the same for all those Biden pardoned whose victims of the crimes of those pardoned still haunt them and they still suffer the losses they had. It would also be a slap in the face for every drug user that got caught and went to jail yet Bidens son remains free. Any pardon is a slap in the face for someone.
