Biden had over 2 years to do something about it.  All he did was squander a couple hundred $$ billion.  And the killing and the dying keep going on.  And the cost of rebuilding Ukraine keeps getting more expensive.

Well, it's all over now, isn't it?

It's just a matter of time. Everyone knows that. The war is over. The killing needs to stop.  Soon enough, Putin and Trump will get together and figure out a solution.  And Zelensky won't have any real say.  Fort him, it's take it or leave it. and if he wants to leave it, he can start spending his own money on an exercise in futility.

You make a lot of assumptions there.

If the war is over due to Trumps negotiating abilities, i will put my spectacles and gween flouro coat on and scream at the sky in anguish and distress.

Peace and prosperity in Ukraine and Russia and stepping back from the lefts impending nuclear armaggedon and stopping billions of unaccountable $$ being flung around the worlds most corrupt country???

Noooooooooooooo!!!!

Even if you assume that, I think I'm right.  It's over and it will stop.  The sooner the better. Why kill a bunch of kids when the outcome is already certain?  All those people that die. They're real people with real lives.  Some have families.  Shouldn't they be allowed to live?  You had that privilege.  Shouldn't they?

The people who think war is a good idea?  They're not the ones going to fight.  If they were, the war would already be over.

Russia invaded a sovereign country.  A country that is independent and has no intention of being under Russian rule, knowing the barbaric nation that it is and its plans to subjugate the Ukrainian people.

The same for all the states that used to be under Russian occupation.

None of them wish to be under Russian rule.

The outcome was supposed to be finished within three weeks, yet here is Ukraine, soon to be three years later, still fighting for its freedom.

Thank God Britain didn't have your attitude in 1940 otherwise I'd be speaking German, 'Heil Donald Trump!'

I think you're conveniently ignoring the history of the region and especially the history of USA meddling around the world to install puppet dictators by way or "regime change."  It's a Neocon fantasy that  finally met its match.  Russia isn't some puny third world country that can be pushed around. Russia has very legitimate security interests. It has a "sphere of influence."  It doesn't want NATO missiles on its border, and rightly so.  The USA wouldn't tolerate Chinese or Russia missile installations in Tijuana.  Why should Russia tolerate NATO forces on their border? Do you have any idea how many Russians lost their lives in WW II?  What was it? 21 million people?

You can pretend it's all about the invasion of a "sovereign country," but it's more than that.

So independent the Americans were effectively running the country and making army bases(and biolabs!) willy nilly - against all treaties and promises.

Remember Biden famously saying he got Ukrainian prosecutors fired? Yep. A real independent country🤣

I thought it was Putin that started killing and kidnapping kids, isn't that the reason Ukraine is fighting, the same as folk did in 1939...?

Idiots move the goal posts on this subject........🙄

The Ukrainians don't want the Russians in their sovereign country. It's as simple as that.

So who is doing the fighting in Ukraine against the barbaric Russian invaders?

Yes, you've guessed it, the Ukrainians.

There are some on here hiding away in their safe bubble country with no thought what-so-ever for the populace of Ukraine. These same people would be on here shouting "Nobody is helping us", if the boot was on the other foot.

Everyone knows that Trump is a man of his word and promised to stop the war "in a day."

I expect it is over already and he kept his word.

Trump did actually say that he could end the war within 24 hours after meeting both Putin and Zelensky , he didn't say they he would end the war within 24 hours of becoming President

It is quite remarkable how the MAGA bunch just go along with Putin narratives because they have been told to. If Trump flipped, they would all flip their views and talking points.

Putin is conducting an invasion of a European country. His troops have slaughtered and raped thousands of Ukrainians, bombed their cities, kidnapped huge numbers of children and imprisoned and murdered those in Russia who oppose him.

This is a pivotal moment in the history of the World just as the coming down of the Berlin Wall was. Just because the current president of the United States is in hock to Putin for bankrolling him when he was bankrupt and no bank in the West would touch him and who knows what blackmail threats, is no reason to risk the lives of millions of Europeans by caving to a tyrant.

Yes, look how they reacted at 'bloodbath', rational and common sense goes out the window when it comes to these guys and anything Trumps says, the 3 banned  letter acronym in full effect.
