There is growing movement here in Thailand claiming asian workers from neighbouring countries such as Myanmar are stealing thai jobs  (not protected employment just the usual stuff like laborers, factory workers). Truth is all these employers would much rather employ thai workers and avoid dealing with immigration and various government agencies (protection racquets) but they know from experience that thai workers are unreliable in comparison

In many tourist area's pattaya patong and bkk as I wonder around I often think what this area needs is another massage shop sometimes I need to walk all the way past a 7/11 pharmacy and gold shop before I come across the next massage shop with 6 girls outside usually eating or on phone sometimes doing both at same time

That depends on the laws / regulations of the receiving country, not on Thai regulations / attitudes.

Thais are too lazy to work. Thailand is too conservative.  Thai laws are there to hold their hands not put them to work. Thai laws need to be updated so I the sportsmasseur can work. My only comment is that if you feel your skills are being wasted staying here, then return to your home country. I'm sure your home country has regulations on who can legally work as a sportsmasseur.
