Government Accountability Office report on Fraud, April 2024…

Featured Replies

In April of 2024 a report came out .

The federal Government could be losing between $233 -$521 billion

Annually to fraud ,based on data from

2018- 2022. Look at the graph below!

Theoretically speaking if one looks for the definition  of “lack of transparency”

in the dictionary , this graph below showing 4 stages, could be a wonderful example of what it represents.Another words the Federal  Bureaucracy stopped the auditing of their spending.

DOGE targets agencies not flagged for fraud by the GAO, raising conflict of interest concerns

The GAO’s 2024 report, “PAYMENT INTEGRITY: Significant Improvements Are Needed to Address Improper Payments and Fraud,” does not mention USAID, the CFPB, the Department of Education, or the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA)—all of which have been primary targets of DOGE.

Its them pesky bureaucrats that impede & stymie accountability by making excuses , this is also a theme in the GAO report ,as well as in Welfare fraud as described by a expert in investigative medicare fraud!
