Any recommendations for a decent residence hotel in Pattaya

Recommended Posts

I have a friend coming, plans to stay a month or more, and would like to do it in a decent residence hotel rather than an AirBnB.  I scanned Everything Pattya but the places I found there were mostly in the cheap category -- maybe not good in terms of safety and convenience? In any case, I was wondering if anyone might have a recommendation for a monthly hotel in a reasonable location with a budget in the 15000 to 25000 range? Or just someplace that they have had a good experience with.

BB House on Dongtan beach. starting 680 - 780 to 1350 night. Cash only. Can be paid 4 days at time and stay "for ever" if needed.

Nothing fancy and a bit noisy but great stuff and vibe. Microwave and free coffee/hot water 24/7.

Dancing and yoga 30 meters. Beach across the street.

Very international clientele.

Opey de place on Soi Lengke

More than you quoted but you did say "someplace that they have had a good experience with."

I'm here for 2 months as I am most years..... negotiate a monthly rate which varies around 31000 a month.

UPDATE

I see the MORON who is confused by the simplest little thing is back. You really are the stupidest person I've ever had the misfortune to encounter🤬

Nirun apartment 😂🤣😂. You know you've hit rock bottom if you end up there. Definitely end of the line, watch out for flying falangs 😂🤣

Thanks,

We know it's not friend ...it's you...you just don't want to be known as a CC paying the average 600 baht a night.

Nirun apartment may be your thing , interesting people to meet daily around there

Thanks for the useful reply.

The PPlus hotel is well located, has a pool and gym, free parking for guests, security at the entrance, and is in the range of 25-30000 baht per month.

I only recommend rooms in the main building, where the reception is.

I'm paying 560 for a gun room. Very nice indeed. Not in that hellhole though.

I know you said no Abnb, but for that price he can get something pretty nice in a good location.  A hotel for a month

here may well charge for electric and only clean the room once a week.

More privacy I think in a newer condo also with a kitchen, frig, good internet, modern TV, etc.

What do you mean by "residence hotel"?

A serviced apartment?

A place that has a kitchen(ette) and the cleaning etc. is done daily?

Or just a hotel room?

Or an apartment with kitchen(ette) and you clean youself?

Thing is, I'm an old customer so I just email the boss and she comes up with a rate. I'm guessing she looks at occupancy numbers .

Just try your luck 😁

Yes definitely, 31,000 baht a month

I wonder how much an Airbnb would of set you back though?

Mind you ,a Airbnb would of added electric onto it
