Your attention is directed to  the WILD ANIMAL CONSERVATION AND PROTECTION ACT, B.E.2562 (2019)

-The licensing requirement is  set out in Section III

-There is a registration  requirement that obliges the  keeper of a wild or  exotic animal to comply with the Convention on International Trade in Endangered Species of Wild Fauna and Flora

- The care of the animals is set out under the above referenced Act.

 

 

If the  man has  his licenses and can show that he is compliance with the  applicable regulations, then he is in the clear. If he is not, then he has a problem on his hands.

These exotic and protected species were probably looked after and cared for better than any other animals that Thais look after.  Just go to an market and you'll see. 

 

I've seen two of these cats in a small cage with fur rubbed of from rubbing against the mesh all day.

Not true,  Ex-wife was detained in 2012 with traces of 0.5 milligrams of cocaine in her bag, after a trip in Vietnam..With that amount, surely, they could have bought the big plot of land.

 

Frank bought  the land, after 17 years of successful television shows, he invested 870.000.-Euros in a 37 hectares for create the sanctuary. After divorce In 2024 it was bought back from his addict  ex-wife again for a price of 325,000 Euros. The husband has never been involved in drug or consumption issues. This being the cause of the divorce.

He has never been caught smuggling drugs.  Many people are affluent, it isn't a crime or anything that suggests that he shouldn't be able to afford the purchase.   How is it any of your business how he could afford it?

Why ?  I know lots of people in the states that have them. Several of them have thousands of acres and breed them. They're not protected at all, at least not there.
