It will first go through a Chapter 11 restructuring, but the damage is done, and competitors are producing much better vehicles at a fraction of the price.

Tesla was failing before.  His cars are ugly the China models have much more style at lower prices. 

The future has been based on autonomous driving and robots both of which are years behind schedule with other companies more advanced deploying units in this theme.
