Yes there are medical problems for men,, one is an enlarged prostate that causes  man to urinate many times a day but it doesn't cause his middle finger to stand up this guy is just scum and needs to be sent home, especially in the family orientated holiday destination like Pattaya.

What a low standard these "tourists" have. Their home countries would be glad to be rid of them.

I tend to believe Mr Carlo in this situation. Many times the Thais are quick to judgment with their faux outrage against a foreigner for some perceived slight of their culture. Legend status for the middle finger at the press conference.

He was just trying to save some money. 

When he saw how expensive the freelancers on beach Rd were, he decided to solve the issue with his own hands!
