Why are you so biased in your outlook? If you dont like a brand dont buy from it. I had a BMW and it was a great car to drive but my own preference is the Honda we now have. Looking back to the Nazi era serves no purpose other than to show you cant let go of history.

The OP should use Google to find out when German manufacturers started making cars, I don't understand why the Nazi thing period.............🤔

Well, the Volkswagon basically translates to "people's car"... and the Nazis took advantage of the VW Beetle that was designed in the early 1930s and finalized in 1938, so the car does have darkish origins as the Nazis were incharge from 1933 onwards. I guess you could say the same about Mitsubishi and them designing and manufacturing the Zero fighter and other bombers etc. too... but not like any of them had that much a say in it. Porshe also designed a rival to the Tiger 1 tank called the Tiger (P) but it lost out in trials and the Tiger 1 we all know went into production.

For all their darkish origin would be nice if VW could put some quality buttons in their cars, not this cheap plastic.

While I like what Musk has done with SpaceX, I'm not much of an enthusiast for his other projects or his interference in government. But I do wonder if people are going to be worried about Musk taking over Tesla, why aren't they worried about the Indians who have now made theirs companies such as Microsoft, Google, IBM, Adobe, etc., etc.?
