Get a retirement visa and annual extensions, with multiple re entry permit for comin and going. 

 

No money in the bank. No marriage.

Around 25k for the first year, around 15k every year after, around 3800thb for the ME reentry permit per annum. 

 

No money needed in your Thai bank account. No marriage needed.
