The alarming mental decline of Donald J. Trump -- watch this space

Majority of Americans support the deportation of illegal immigrants especially the criminals. Do you think that the 20 million plus illegals all should have due process? Ridiculous.

Yes, most Americans support the implementation of due process.

Joe was mentally declining before assuming office, and you ignored it.

  • Trump's mental decline is not new! GOP politicians are complicit. They have hidden it for years!

  • it is what it is
    it is what it is

it's always worth watching the expressions on the faces of the loyal (deluded) lieutenants standing behind him when he launches into one of his rambling nonsensical diatribes. they know.

And the thread is complete BS based on absolutely nothing.

Watch a video of him 30 years ago, and then watch a recent video of him "answering" questions or serving up a word salad monologue.

The difference is startling. His brain is mush.

Did you check the date? 2023. Here's something up to date.

Polls Show Strong Support for Trump Border, Deportation Policies

Nearly three-quarters of Democrats support criminal deportations, 60 percent favor border security

Two separate polls released in the past week show strong support for President Trump’s key immigration policies: closing the border and deporting aliens here illegally. In fact, those are the most popular among the new administration’s policies, underscoring lingering discontent over the prior administration’s much more permissive immigration stances.

Now you're just deflecting and desperately trying to muddy the waters just because I proved your statement wrong.

No one is denying that a vast majority support the deportation of illegal immigrants. That, however, wasn't the point discussed. The issue was whether they should be granted due process or not.

Nice try, but no cigar for you.

No they shouldn't especially if they have a criminal record. Out they go. As I said but you failed to answer do you think the 20 plus million should all be given due process? The Dems are no longer in charge. If you are in the US illegally you have broken the law. No due process needed. It's deportation time.

Compare Trump to Biden or the cackling idiot Harris and it's clear who the more coherent of the three are. When it came to Biden it was all "he has a speech impediment", when it came to the cackling incoherent non answers from Harris it was all "but Trumps a Nazi", and now with Trump, who has his own individual style and there's no doubt about that, it's Trump having "mental decline". Puerile nonsense. As for "governs by fear" what are you talking about? He's a transformational POTUS and doing things very rapidly.

it's the glass half empty or half full... matter of perception, as for governing by fear it was a typo, it should read he governs by LOVE, look how everybody is hugging him and kissing his rear end, honestly never saw so many browny noses at the same place at the same time

You claimed the vast majority of Americans agree with you regarding following due process. I showed that you're wrong. Deal with it.

And do I actually have to spell it out for you what my opinion is? Seriously??

Trump’s decline isn’t just sad — it’s strategic gold for Xi and Putin.
They’re not just watching it unfold.
They’re raising a glass to it.

Xi is in Moscow for Victory Day —
and you can bet he and Putin are toasting more than just 1945.

Xi, for outmaneuvering Trump on tariffs
and uniting the world against the U.S.

Putin, for turning Trump’s
“Peace in Ukraine on Day One” promise into a joke,
as the war drags on and the fantasy collapses.

Forget spies, hacks, or kompromat —
Trump did the job for free.
No charge. No effort. No clue.

Do you think Putin will break out "the tapes" for a special viewing?😉

As I wrote already, this is not new:

For example:

- In a July 4, 2019, speech, Trump said that during the American Revolutionary War, the Continental Army "took over the airports" from the British.[18]

- Trump appeared unsteady while walking down a ramp at the United States Air Force Academy in 2020. - He also had difficulty raising a glass of water to his mouth. These episodes raised questions about his health.[19]

- In another incident in October 2023, Trump referred to Hungarian prime minister Viktor Orbán as "the leader of Turkey", and said that Orbán shares a border with Russia, which neither Turkey nor Hungary does.[20]

- During the course of the 2024 primary campaign, Trump's mistakes included confusing Nikki Haley for Nancy Pelosi, claiming he was running against Barack Obama, and fearing the nation may enter World War II.[21]

- In June 2024, while praising his own performance on a cognitive test administered in 2018, Trump "confused the name of his former White House physician" who had administered the test.[22]

- Also in June 2024, Trump said that his longtime acquaintance Joan Rivers had told him that she had voted for him in the 2016 election, although Rivers had died in September 2014.[23]

In September 2024, Trump said the audience "went crazy" for him at the presidential debate the preceding week, although the debate had no audience.[24][10]

we know he's full of it and when he opens his mouth a lot of shxxxxxttttt comes out and the lies keep popping up, unfortunately/ but nobody in the press or on his entourage will challenge him and that's sad, so he thinks he's telling the truth, many pathological liars can't differ a lie from the truth, they are so used to lie that the lies become their truth, they live in a different world, he does belong to that group

Plagiarism .... try thinking for yourself occasionally, difficultly as it might be.

Trump showed clear signs of mental instability long before he was ever elected. The United States will NEVER live this down.  One of the craziest elected officials in history. His war with the American media is proof of his unfitness for office.

Any forum member who supports Vladimir Putin or any other dictator should be banned from AN permanently. In past years such support of the enemy would land you in prison.

You say it's not BS but the only thing you use to support your daily anti-Trump post(s) is an opinion piece from USA Today. Well done. You win.

Is Trump in mental decline? He sounds far worse than Biden ever did.

No, he doesn't sound worse.  And he doesn't get "lost" getting to podiums, and such.

That said, Trump is clearly completely clueless on the details and implications of policy, and generally rudderless - seems to "believe" the last thing he heard, hence the conflicting statements.  But, none of this is new.  See his 1st Term.

OMG -- more weak tea sane washing.

Trump 2.0 is exponentially worse than Trump 1.0.

Anyone looking at the objective reality would see that clearly.

As I've said very clearly, the story of Trump's rapid mental decline, loss of touch with reality, and shocking level of incompetence to be president causing major damage to both the U.S. brand and global economies, is not a story that's ever going to go away or get better until the blessed day when he is no longer president. The sooner the better!

Just because you don't agree with Trump's policies your excuse is his mental decline ha ha

Dude. Pay attention. Watch him closely. Those two things are NOT mutually exclusive. Not at all.

Sooooo Trump mental decline is the latest left wing talking point?  Wonder what next weeks idiocy will be.  Weird how some members here spend all their time with Trump in their heads.  Wonder if they ever have a good nights sleep or does super Trump enter their dreams and turn them into nightmares?

Of course Trump's lack of connection with objective reality, etc. was very evident long before he tragically took office a second time, yes, the American people (in their reckless self destructive idiocy) did indeed create this problem by electing him again.

Donald Trump Dementia Evidence 'Overwhelming,' Says Top Psychiatrist - Newsweek

www.newsweek.com/donald-trump-dementia-evidence-overwhelming-top-psychiatrist-1881247

There is "overwhelming" evidence that Donald Trump is suffering from dementia, a leading psychiatrist has claimed, amid speculation about the state of the former president's mental health.

Dr. Lance Dodes, a supervising analyst emeritus of the Boston Psychoanalytic Society and Institute and retired Harvard Medical School professor, was among those recently quoted by Duty To Warn, which describes itself as an association of mental health professionals concerned about Trump.

"Unlike normal aging, which is characterized by forgetting names or words, Trump repeatedly shows something very different: confusion about reality," he wrote in a statement published on Friday, which referenced Trump's confusing Barack Obama with Joe Biden.
