No one is stopping him. The Courts are telling him he has to follow due process. This is just a way for Trump to try and remove the equality of the other branches of state and bring them under his control.

May 15 is the date for the Nationwide Injuctions case I think. Right now, Trump is winning virtually all in the Courts of Appeals

Well I dont rightly know what CNN is saying, but the position of the US Govt in these cases are that Nationwide Injuctions are inappropriate.

If Trump were following the law and the normal legal channels then he wouldnt be involved in so many court cases. I guess you never pay attention to breaking the law or you just don't care, which one is it Frank?

 

Also some of the judges Trump is in front of are ones he appointed. But like trump if someone disagrees with him they suddenly are not supporting his unlawful actions and must be an activist or left wind nut. The deportation of people legally allowed to be in the US without due process,  case in courts now on an appeal by trump.. use of the Alien Enemies act outside the scope of the act, case in court on appeal by trump.
