I know I tried to setup shop in China and hit road block after road block, Finally I found a good Chinese partner and was able to get production setup.

I live in Thailand. The most important factor for me is a strong dollar. And Trump is destroying the US dollar. Biden's policy of a strong dollar made me tangibly wealthier, while Trump is degrading my standard of living.

10% is enough in many industries, particularly industries that are material-intense.

 

Making it easier for manufacturers to meet regulations will help quite a lot as well. Our California plant is scheduled to shut down in September after over fifty years, first in Anaheim, and then in Riverside. Driven out by overzealous regulators. A couple hundred good, union jobs moving to Texas.
