When we lived at Zephyr-Hills dropzone in florida, the drop zone was on the "other" side of the train tracks, and the Americans was out of their mind because we used to walk home from the bar instead of driving intoxicated. For Americans it is no news that the black area useally are on the other side of the train tracks out naturally causes. 

 

We where several times called over to their bonfire (a oil drum) and we never experienced once any negative with these unfortunate young men and women. Crackheads some of them was, but no evil or harm was done to us. Lived there part time from 1988 to 1995

Yes I have, we used to base jump together. I have skydived with several black persons, and one back in Sephyr hills who was the only one, was happy I wanted to skydive with him. Not many of the locals did. He was a fighter jet plane pilot! Racism have no boundaries, not even among their own. If t was not for sport Usa would never become as liberal as they where, or ued to be the last decades. Back in the end of the 80ies it was still a shameful everyday happening

No you wouldn't. And it all depends on where. A bullet, especially a hollow point, mushrooms and causes extreme damage after it enters. A knife can be left in until you go to the hospital and have it removed by a surgeon. After a bullet hits you, internal bleeding continues and if it hits a vital organ, you don't have much time. As for the culture of guns, besides those used for military and self defense, many are used for hunting and target shooting.

Show me the statistics why you feel it is necessary to gun up?

Think I'd go for the shoulder holster myself. Just a suggestion. Wear a light windbreaker or such and you can't tell. Not so good for hot weather though. 

Still don't see the point of having a pocket gun. Cannot hunt with it so it is only to shoot a human being. 

 

OP does not need it in Europe nor in Asia.
