Another dreamer that isn't aware of the MAD paradox. Excuse the use of an acronym.

Oh, I'm well aware of the MAD principle but am not willing to let Putin use it to bend Ukraine and the West over a barrel. And it very much seems that you're the dreamer if you think he'll stop there.

Why would you excuse the use of an acronym?

PS. Don't bother answering, I was being rhetorical. We all know where you're going with this so save use the drivel.

So the UK haven't done any mining deals for their "support" in Ukriane?

Where did all Libyas gold go?

Who took control of Syrian oil?

Who profitted from destruction of NORD pipelines to EU?

Deflection, the first tool out the box for the conspiracy theorist without any real grasp of reality.

If it goosesteps like a nazi, and if it ethnically-cleanses like a nazi..........

You mean like Putin is trying to ethnically cleanse Ukraine?

Stalin killed 6 million Ukrainians during the Holodomor, then migrated Russians into the vacuum. They are no more ethnic than you or me. Rinse and repeat, Russian invasion of Crimea in 2014.

Truth gets in the way of false narratives.

You would be truly stunned to see north western Europe these days. I dare say no more but the phrases you use would be 100% applicable.

Love her quote- ' If you give the Russians a carrot, they either eat it or hit you over the head with it.

Asked by The Sunday Telegraph about Trump's performance, she minced no words. She said: "Terrible. Let's give him a pass for effort."

She added: "What Trump is doing is answering the wrong exam question. He thinks it's just about real estate, about trade and who gets what, be it minerals, land or rare earths."

Trump being Trump yet again.

Putin's poodle FOREVER.

When it comes to actual ACTION against the object of his bizarro world affection murderous dictator Vladimir, he is truly all maga hat and no cattle.

Disgusting.

CNN abruptly stopped for breaking news as Donald Trump explodes at reporter over Ukraine question

Trump really is a child in a game that's only for adults. No coherent strategy, lashing out at straightforward questions from reporters, he's a complete embarrassment.

And now you have the Russians talking to him as an upset child.

There, there, Donald, have another diet coke.

Responding to Trump’s remarks on Monday, Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said Russia was grateful for American efforts to bring peace, which have included the first direct peace talks in three years.

He said negotiations are at “a decisive moment that is linked to emotional overloading for everyone and emotional reactions”.

Kremlin accuses Trump of 'emotional overloading' as US President says Putin 'has gone absolutely CRAZY!'

You "dare" (drama queen!!) say no more, because you know it to be nonsense.  I know what you are trying to allude to, but it is complete cobblers. Has been ever since Mosely tried it on.

You are disgracing the memory of Stalin's millions of victims because of sheet ignorance, all because you have a desire to be liked.

President Zelenski should be given limitless help in order to push the orcs back to their lair and defeat the illegal criminal despot in Moscow. Hopefully he will go the way the Ceaușescus did.

I was thinking more like Gaddafi. On the lam, found in a sewer pipe, bayonet up the jacksie, face his accusers across the bonnet of a pickup, before a coup de grace. Unmarked grave in a rubbish tip. But it won't happen.

So, my statement is true. Putin started the war, the west will make money. Of course the Russians are paying the price, both in men and supplies, but Putin doesn't care. If he did, he would have negotiated with the Ukraine. No one knows exactly whats going on. All we can go on is the news and opinions, even if you live in Russia. Of course Putin needs to be eliminated, just as all megalomaniacs do. Some people will always profit from wars, on both or all sides. The way Putin loses is if he disappears, much like the other megalomaniac in Korea.

Depends how you are measuring "making money". The war is making the West collectively poorer. The West isn't making money. Defence spending might increase, but that's really just bringing purchases forward. And if defence spending increases, then there are cuts in expenditure elsewhere. How did the UK profit frm WW2.

The Russian economy is converting to a war economy. Meaning more money is flowing to the oligarchs. Far from a price being paid that is worth it, they just see the money coming back to them.

Referring to Ukraine as "the Ukraine" is a Russian habit, designed to diminish the legitimacy of Ukraine.
