They are like 7-11 but more.

Must be quite big money behind. They grow like mushrooms.

Taken over many basic shops and pimp them with high number of brand-new massage chairs. All lit up like an operating room.

Like 7/11?

Maybe the CP clan has found a new business sector 😁

what possibly could be the reason for so many, expensive refurbs and usually empty? 3 guesses?

The same as Turkish Barbers in the UK?

The massages are like any other cheap place.
The prices are higher.
Despite the luxurious facade that suggests a luxurious place with quality facilities and massages, when you go upstairs for an oil massage, you find the same curtained-off tables you'd find at any other cheap place.

I tried once, but I won't go back.

Could be like those Turkish barbers and shawarma places in the UK.

Also a lot like what's been done to soi 6.

How many 'manager drinks' can we put you down for?

So you don't live in Pattaya and don't go to massage parlors, but you come to the Pattaya forum to comment on a well-known massage parlor chain that you've never seen or even knew existed.

I Thought that is what a FORUM Is all about " Making Comments " ??....Anyway Are YOU Spanish ??

Yes, I'm Spanish and I live in Pattaya.
I've been to a massage parlor from that chain, as I mentioned above.

It doesn't have much to do with the place, but who massages you. Some ladies are really good, some not so good. It's a lucky draw. If I find a good masseuse, I stick with her. If you're looking for a good massage, skip the pretty ones and the skinny ones.

If you're looking for other delights, go straight to Soi 13/1 where you can find private rooms for the same price as your curtained off tables, and with shower facilities too. You won't normally get a good massage in these establishments.

yeah.  Likely some foreign money guy or group think they can standardize things, make it flashy.  There are so many fine massage places all over town that are owned and run by Thais.  I also knew a few that employed Thais but the shop was owned by a foreigner.  Up near Soi Yume across from that Pink condotel was one for example.  Two Thai girls basically lived in that shop and manned it all day long.  It was owned by a foreign guy

Dont worry guys these massage shops will all be Indian Restaurants soon enough...

There seem to be more of them every few weeks.... they have been around a long time and likely will outlive the Indian restaurants. A few venues coming onto the market too as weed shops give up under the assault.

I wonder how many massage places have Indian owners?
