That's up to the Nobel Committee, and they're all Europeans, and therefore communists by most American's reckoning. They'll probably give it to Greta Thunberg.

They did give it to Yasser Arafat, even though he rejected a peace agreement, didn't they?

The Oslo Peace Prize

The success of the negotiations in Oslo led to Arafat being awarded the Nobel Peace Prize, alongside Israeli prime ministers Yitzhak Rabin and Shimon Peres,

The Oslo Accords, which were facilitated by Norway, led to a Nobel Peace Prize being awarded to Yasser Arafat, Shimon Peres, and Yitzhak Rabin in 1994. The "Oslo deal" refers to the series of agreements reached between Israel and the Palestine Liberation Organization (PLO) in the early 1990s, with the goal of resolving the Israeli-Palestinian conflict

Trump ending multiple wars is bad?  Can you explain why?

Didn't he say he could end the war between Russia and Ukraine ? he also bragged of ending the Israeli Gaza conflict ? he has done neither.

I posted this in another thread which didn't get much traction.

He wants to negotiate with Russia and China to denuclearize and cut military spending in half.

Also, based on one geopolitical expert, he wants to ally with China and Russia to end the Playbook of "forever wars" that the war machine is currently engaged in for profit and control.

He probably has a lot of powerful enemies trying to put spokes in his wheels.

But if he succeeds, he will go down as one of the most important human beings to ever live, even more important than Jesus.

Great idea! 🤣

Trump will likely invent the Yank version of a peace prize so him and his clones can go on TV bragging how good they are and saving the World.

Usa is world champions in American football, so anything is possible

Us? Were you in anyway involved there in Cambodia? And who cares if they bomb them 15 times, empty sites remain empty, regardless of how many times they get bombed.

Iran already removed their enriched uranium to their new secret sites, and will continue there

The IAEA has already confirmed there was no surface radiation at these sites.

If you believe that the IR-6 and 3000 cascades were moved without the IAEA, Mossad, internal Iranian spies, the CIA and dozens of satellites noticing then I have a bridge to sell you.

No one is this stupid. No one.

  • Popular Post

Those of you on my personal FB page. One of my oldest friends was the quartermaster for the IAEA. My cousin was also a nuclear inspector. They are both on my friends list.

The idea that 8 x IR-6 units and thousands of cascades can be moved in the back of trucks without leakage is beyond the realms of possibility.

The idea that these units could be stripped down and moved in a few days is laughable.

Pick a side. Either agree with Khamenei that Iran won a great victory over the USA and Israel.

Or agree with the Iranian foreign minister who confirmed the sites were destroyed.

It's a simple choice.

I think trump was pretty smart when he said the Mullah regime Iran is incapable

Apparently he has multiple nominations, possibly with more to come.

Isn't it great news?  Trump keeps ending wars and bringing peace to the globe.  Even at home, he's working hard to make the streets safer and the country more prosperous.

It's so great to see.

Yes great news. The greater news would be the freak show that the left will put on.

Ah yes, Trump the peacemaker — bringing Rwanda and Congo together out of the goodness of his gold-plated heart?
Please.
This “peace deal” has nothing to do with aultrism or with ending conflict and everything to do with locking down rare earths. It’s the same playbook he tried with Ukraine: weapons for lithium, handshakes for mining rights.
Diplomacy?
More like a resource grab in a red tie.

If there’s a buck in the ground, Trump’s suddenly a global humanitarian.

NB: The Congo region holds the world’s largest deposits of coltan — the ore used to make tantalum for phones, chips, and weapons.

Who knows man?

You may be right, and I may be crazy.

But ... even Mother Theresa was accused of having ulterior motives for doing her humanitarian work. Haha!

The 12 day war, when he bombed Iran.

He went only once.

The “12-day war”? You mean the one he started?

Trump tore up the Iran deal, killed Soleimani, bombed Iran — then panicked when Iran hit back.

That’s dousing Iran with petrol, lighting a match, then acting surprised it went up in flames.

He wasn’t the firefighter — he was the arsonist.

Why would that preclude him from getting credit for the wars that he has ended?

I’m glad Trump killed Soleimani.  He was repsoible for the death of US soldiers in Iraq.

Exactly, how a proper elimination should be performed.

Which wars are you referring to?

What a myopic statement. You seemed to have selectively forgotten that Obama/Biden directly and indirectly funded the Iranians terror organization  that you un-admittedly support.

Calling it “myopic” doesn’t make your deflection any smarter.

You dodged the topic, dragged in Obama/Biden, twisted a lawful cash-return for medicine into “funding terror,” and capped it with a cheap smear about who I supposedly support.

Logic clearly isn’t your forte:

  • Red Herring – The topic was Trump’s actions; you sprinted to Obama to dodge it.

  • Straw Man – Humanitarian funds ≠ terror financing. That’s deliberate spin.

  • Ad Hominem – Accusing me of backing terrorists isn’t debate—just desperation.

  • Whataboutism – If “But Obama!” is all you’ve got, you’re not defending Trump—just flailing.

Try again—stick to the topic and bring a real argument, not a pile of nonsense.

Iran vs Israel, India vs Pakistan, Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC) vs Rwanda, there was the North Korea de-escalation during his first term.  He's working on multiple others also.

Don't you think it's appropriate that he gets the recognition he deserves?

Only in America do so many need certifying so quick🤔

Honestly, sometimes I wonder if you guys follow the news at all. Trump didn't start the 12 day war, that was Israel, man!

Israel started that war.

Not Trump.

Trump finished it.

Maybe. Until Iran gets the bomb of course. Then Iran might finish it.

Israel is Trump's matey, get funded by Trump, provided with weapons, and does as Trump instructs them.

The war wit Iran was started by Israel, with the support (maybe even on order) of Trump

Israel doesn't do as Trumps instructs them.

It used to be the case that Israel heeds the US' orders.

But those days are gone.

Now Israel is a loose cannon.
