Do you think a Ice tracking app should be available publicly…

As soon as I heard Nazi Germany mention within the first minute ,I knew it was a  activist who supports

lawlessness, illegal entry of millions and the left’s attempts at destroying my country.

It's free and doesn't use any unauthorized access to ICE data or communications.

per CNN: ICEBlock doesn’t collect personal data, and users are completely anonymous, according to Aaron. It’s only available on iOS because Aaron says the app would have to collect information that could ultimately put users at risk to provide the same experience on Android.

I would presume it uses the same basic software as apps where people can share where is the location of the latest available gasoline prices is.

If that is the case, then I would expect that quite soon those opposed to the app can simply hijack it and flood it with false sightings. Pretty soon, you'll have illegals scurrying around afraid to go and afraid to stay. It'll be turned against them.

ICEBlock currently has more than 20,000 users, many of whom are in Los Angeles, where controversial, large-scale deportation efforts have taken place.

Although ICEBlock has no surefire way of guaranteeing the accuracy of user reports, Aaron says he’s built safeguards to prevent users from spamming the platform with fake sightings. Users can only report a sighting within five miles of their location, and they can only report once every five minutes. Reports are automatically deleted after four hours.

Hopefully they are able to fire-bomb a lot of ICE agents.

Maybe the app can be used to show where the ICE agents live, where their wives work and where their kids go to school. How great would that be?

So it's OK for DOGE to illegally collect ALL your personal data?

Kristi Noem is on it:

Noem's language suggests the administration may explore prosecutions for aiding or abetting interference with law enforcement duties. and

Stephen Miller, a White House deputy chief of staff, said in a post on X: "CNN is openly helping invaders and insurrectionists sabotage ICE."

White House Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt told reporters Monday: "Certainly it's unacceptable that a major network would promote such an app that is encouraging violence against law enforcement officers who are trying to keep our country safe."

So station ICE agents strategically in a designated area and have them file reports that herd the illegals to a collection point.

So far nothing about going after Apple ios.

Do you not think promoting the app is irresponsible?

No talk of going after CNN

People intentionally interfering with law enforcement should be prosecuted.

Who needs to track frozen water.

However upper case would have made the headline more relevant. 555

Well Ms. Noem above says she is 'exploring' prosecutions, but she doesn't say for what.

She could maybe try this:

§ 423.22 Interference with agency functions and disorderly conduct.

(a) You must not assault, threaten, disturb, resist, intimidate, impede, or interfere with any employee or agent of Federal, State, or local government engaged in an official duty.

Is there an 'exploring' prosecutions statute?

§ 423.22 Interference with agency functions and disorderly conduct.

(a) You must not assault, threaten, disturb, resist, intimidate, impede, or interfere with any employee or agent of Federal, State, or local government engaged in an official duty.

You said that.

Twice. A Fed cannot prosecute without a violation of federal statute.

I assume that's what Noam is investigating.

Would multiple people using the app to come together assault, threaten, disturb, resist, intimidate, impede, or interfere with any employee or agent of Federal, State, or local government engaged in an official duty qualify as collusion?

Fabulous. Add cop hater to your list of titles.

Conspiracy. Follow the money.

There is no money. The statute lists instance of (a) here:

(e) The following acts constitute disorderly conduct and are prohibited:

(1) Fighting, or threatening or violent behavior;

(2) Language, utterance, gesture, display, or act that is obscene, physically threatening or menacing, or that is likely to inflict injury or incite an immediate breach of the peace;

(3) Unreasonable noise, considering the nature and purpose of the person's conduct, location, time of day or night, and other factors that would govern the conduct of a reasonably prudent person under the circumstances;

(4) Creating or maintaining a hazardous or physically offensive condition; or

(5) Any other act or activity that may cause or create public alarm, nuisance, or bodily harm.

-- So find one that fits.

Other than giving criminals, possibly child rapists, gang members, people smugglers etc. a heads up. Well done. Great comment.
