I would presume it uses the same basic software as apps where people can share where is the location of the latest available gasoline prices is.

If that is the case, then I would expect that quite soon those opposed to the app can simply hijack it and flood it with false sightings. Pretty soon, you'll have illegals scurrying around afraid to go and afraid to stay. It'll be turned against them.

Maybe the app can be used to show where the ICE agents live, where their wives work and where their kids go to school. How great would that be?

So station ICE agents strategically in a designated area and have them file reports that herd the illegals to a collection point.
