British Teen Claims Torture in Thailand During Georgia Court Hearing

In a dramatic court appearance in Georgia, British teenager Bella Culley revealed a snake-like scar, claiming it was proof of torture in Thailand. The 19-year-old from Billingham faces life imprisonment if convicted of smuggling cannabis worth 11.2 million baht into the country.

During the pre-trial in Tbilisi, Culley tearfully explained she was coerced into the crime, highlighting her ambition to become a nurse and her clean drug tests.

Her defence states she was unaware of the drugs, thinking she was on a trip to assist someone after receiving a passport and ticket.

Culley's lawyer argued she had no knowledge of her location, confusing Tbilisi for a country. Shortly after her arrest, she disclosed her pregnancy and recounted a failed attempt to alert authorities, claiming a police officer was part of the smuggling operation.

The hearing saw her display the scar, with her father and aunt visibly supporting her from the gallery. Despite her lawyer's plea for bail, citing no risk of flight, the request was denied, as reported by The Mirror.

Set to return to court on Friday, July 10, Culley's case hinges on proving her claims of coercion and innocence in a highly tense legal battle.

UK Drug Smuggling Suspect Claims Ignored by Thai Immigration

A top Thai official has launched an investigation into claims by a British national accused of drug smuggling.

On 2nd July, Pol. Maj. Gen. Choengron Rimpadee, commander of Immigration Division 2, responded to a report by the UK's The Telegraph.

The report involved Bella May, a British suspect in a drug smuggling case, who claimed in a Georgian court that she was forced to transport drugs from Thailand via Dubai to Georgia.

May alleged she tried to alert Thai immigration officials about her passport at Suvarnabhumi Airport but was ignored.

Following this, a social media page shared the story in Thai, suggesting police coerced her into smuggling, damaging the country's reputation.

Maj. Gen. Choengron stated that a review of the facts showed the suspect left Thailand on 10th May on Air Arabia flight G9822 to Sharjah, UAE. CCTV footage revealed she used the automated passport control without asking for help, and there was no evidence of coercion by officials. The claim is believed to be an attempt to mitigate her situation.

Immigration Division 2 will mark her as a prohibited individual under immigration laws due to her alleged intent to traffic drugs.

Maj. Gen. Choengron reaffirmed the airport's commitment to legal enforcement against cross-border crimes, aligning with the national police directive, and highlighted ongoing collaboration with customs and drug enforcement agencies.

What's to alert about the passport? Were the drugs hidden in the passport?

Anyway now she's blacklisted she will never be heard from again so it doesn't matter. Zero voice for her.

She needs to stop making up ridiculous excuses, she isn't being tried in the soft-touch UK where that would get you a suspended sentence. She needs to start grassing people up.

Was she somehow duped into carrying the drugs? Maybe.
But her story is full of holes.

She is a liar.

She posted on her social media with her criminal boyfriend. She knew she was smuggling drugs.

Torture extremely unlikely.

Just yesterday, her family revealed she spent time with a mystery man called ‘Russ’ – further deepening the mystery.

The Billingham, County Durham resident told a Tbilisi court on Wednesday that she is pregnant.

Her grandad revealed that Bella was meeting a man she ‘used to go out with’ during her dream holiday in Southeast Asia.

Utter tripe !!!

She posted herself smoking joints on Instagram, posted pics saying how her and her boyfriend were going to travel the world getting wrecked and making cash , had a baby with some guy she met in Dubai yet seemed to have no problem dumping the kid with someone to travel around Asia.

Where did she get the money to travel around and obviously not concerned about being a nurse while travelling around the world constantly.

Not forgetting the wads off cash she was flashing off on social media that were wrapped up the way a drug dealer would bundle them.

Tried the crime now do the time 🙄

Hopefully the lesbians in jail will sort her out.

She was tortured? Putting the old CIA 'black site' near Don Mueang airport back in service? Where is Gina Haskel when you need her?

I guess it’s natural that she would say anything in order to mitigate her sentence. She hasn’t pleaded not guilty to smuggling drugs, she’s just saying everything and anything to try and stay out of jail.

If she was set up then she should grass up those that did it, but i imagine she was willing participate
