Chinese people are educated and speak an internationally accepted language like English, though that doesn't mean a Thai IO will understand them.

That would be incorrect. English is spreading, but not so much for the older folks that can afford plane tickets. I have flown between China and Thailand many times.

I see they’re doing it for kids of any nationality, but the way they sell this is to make other nationalities inferior. I kinda hope it backfires a bit and other nationalities with school kids go to V

I see loads of Chinese here in Pattaya, rarely see older folks among them. I would think the average age isn't higher than 30.

You aren't sitting on the plane. Lots of families and older married people that do not go to Pattaya. Chiang Mai is flooded with them.

I don't travel much, especially by plane. So I don't care.

There are already lanes for the elderly or handicapped so that's nothing new.

That's what I said, it's fine.

I've made the R/T flight once a month for the past 2 years and most of the Chinese on the plane are elderly and most of the young people on the plane are Thai.

I have an idea. Why doesn't TAT offer them free holidays? They are supposed to be the biggest spenders, and are therefore far more like ly to spend more money in the Thai economy if given a free holiday. Might even attract big numbers again.

I wonder if they will make a special Farang line, it could look like a U-Turn where you pass through while depositing all your money and then head back home, no need to enter the country. It would be a win-win for the Thai and Chinese overlords.

The Chinese don't spend more money, they circulated the money within Chinese run businesses, where all the profits head back to mainland China. The Chinese don't give a damn about Thai's or anyone else, they consider Thai's to be nothing more than their serfs.
