They apparently disposed of 500 tons of expired high energy survival biscuits. 

 

How long do you figure a survival biscuit has to sit in a warehouse before it expires? 

 

And had they distributed them, they'd have been accused of trying to poison the kids with expired food.  You just can't win with people who have the syndrome.

They are said to have kicked out 280000 Americans out of jobs(federal govt).

Slashing food aid to needy nations.

Think about the shelf life of cooking oil.  That's why they needed to clean up the fustercluck that was in charge of the programs.  They were incapable of even keeping track of what they had spent $millions of tax dollars on.  (But I'll bet they know where every whorehouse is in the disaster zones.)

Had it happened under Biden, nobody would even know (or cared) about it.  It's a routine thing.  Plain vanilla gub'ment waste.  That's why they need to dismantle the agencies like USAID and rebuild them.
