he's actually a republican as Maher pointed out. I agree with much of what you say @riclag but i watched the show and all 3 made some valid points in regards to current us politics. Meher is always pointing out that the dems have lost the plot despite he being a democrat. I am no longer a democrat but i would like for them to become centrist once again rather than this wobbly extreme leftist goo they are now. in a 2 political party system healthy competition is always beneficial. if the leftists on AN started to become more centred maybe there would be less op's about trump and maybe sometimes they could agree with some of his policies... e.g. border control

Thanks ! I have no desire to nurse the illusion of they/them becoming a centrist or supporting lefty's of the  party that once was the party of a centrist (the JFK dem party)  . Cultural Marxist/Socialist have taken over that party and reformed it to fit their radical agenda.
