Roundabouts are great for traffic flow and wait times,Thais don't even obey the traffic lights..or do the double left turn to go straight manoeuvre because of the stupidly long wait times or even if not so long, I'm sure if there were more roundabouts  Thais would get used to using them quite quickly...if accompanied with a TV advertising campaign explaining the proper usage.  It's a bit of a chicken or egg situation at the moment,they are not used because they are unfamiliar to Thai drivers... because they are not used.

It's not the roundabouts, it's the Thai drivers refusal to use them properly or safely, basically breaking all the rules to benefit themselves, the me-first rule is the only rule they follow.

Most of the Brits i see in Pattaya are racist, voted for Brexit, pontificate about immigrants in the UK - despite being lowlife immigrants themselves, who do nothing to intergrate themselves into local culture.

 

How many Brits you know speak or try to learn Thai? Very few, yet they'll pontificate about how immigrants in the Uk should. Lowlifes.

That's what I love best about them. The world is moving away from woke, you should consider joining them.  The word 'racist' says more about the person throwing about the term than the person being accused.
