What is this obsession in only doing the flirting game with prostitutes or let's assume "bar girls ?"  Are they not any normal Thai women out there (and there are), who do not work in bars or rent their body. On the other hand one can find a decent prostitute on one side and a total crooked cheat in a regular job on the other side. So that's not the issue. The issue is more cultural. You take the girl, you take the entire family to support. And that's where troubles arise.

Isn't it obvious that you should compensate her for the money she was making when "working"? Men often mistakenly assume such a girl will gladly stop working if they can make half the same money not working. This is a case where female victimhood ("poor girl forced to prostitute") leads men astray. Many girls love that kind of life and will not even stop for the same amount of money.

Who is looking for a normal girl ? How boring 😴 

 

Anyway, I give you right in your conclusion, there is no recipe except being sober and take good decisions and learn the girl and family as you go without promising to much. Good common sense is usually what it takes, but common sense among men who chasing young, or younger girls and women, is maybe a far shot. Especially in Thailand. 

 

Common sense and a big  bucket of luck will usually do the job. 

 

Never understood the money thing, I just let my wife handle everything I transfer and so far not disappointed me.

Everything from 25k and up depending Im there or not and any projects going on. We are married, and Im not giving my wife money for anything, she have access  to use as much she needs. This is of course based on trust.  

 

 We pay her parents to take care of our farm and live there when we are not there and pay them 10k and also the expenses living there food, electric and food for animals. 

 

The farm delivers back 300k a year pluss minus and also what we produce for our own consumption. The cost of farm is basically running by itself in a few years.

1 A relatively attractive bar girl early 30s ..16k. She must keep the house. She can return to that crap job any time you kick her ass out.

I'm not out in the bkk bars peak hours, I'm not in Nana (rarely visit and not past 8pm) but the women I see about probably lucky to get a customer 6-10x a month. That's like 25k. Most women now we'll out of prime probably 2k LT. No idea I'm no longer renting

Another thing to consider - the market for these girls is quite competitive - there are lots of foreign retirees on big pensions who can easily afford 50 - 100 k / month . Just look at some of the houses they build in every corner of the kingdom , many must have cost 10 million ++

Yes, but I never thought that was the quid pro quo.  I believed she wanted to get out of the bar, had no other sexual interests, and was generally thankful enough to love me, at least eventually for my care.

It's funny you ask.  Never a question about DNA testing; I knew the boys had separate fathers from her younger days.  But she did recently suggest we both get HIV and STD  testing before the wedding.  Me because she knows I get frequent massages.
