An elderly Thai man apologised for his disgraceful conduct after proposing to grope a cosmetics store employee in Udon Thani.

 

Security footage captured the unsettling incident where the 72-year-old entered the Kut Chap sub-district shop barefooted and made his inappropriate request. Approaching the cashier, he brazenly asked, “Can I touch your breasts? It will give me energy.” Ignoring her refusal, he attempted to reach out, forcing the woman to defend herself with a feather duster.

 

Despite being chased away, the man persisted, moving behind the counter and pushing the victim to call for backup. He reluctantly retreated only after a colleague threatened police intervention. Before leaving, he taunted them, claiming authorities rarely answered emergency calls.

 

Channel 3 confronted the man, who blamed intoxication for his actions and issued a public apology. However, locals revealed this isn’t his first offence, noting previous incidents of harassment involving food vendors and others, reported The Thaiger.

 

Community members described him as a pleasant individual when sober but a troublesome menace under the influence of alcohol. They urged that government agencies intervene with a mental health evaluation and preventive measures to curb his lewd behaviour.

They always blame someone else or somting else for their "mistakes", strange behaviour.

Most sexual deviants are "pleasant". "Oh, he's such a nice guy, I'm sure he didn't mean it". That's how they get confidence from others, until their dark side comes out. Outwardly lewd people are called out immediately. The same way a player works. He sits back, listens, offers advice, says he would never treat you wrong, until he has you, and then you're put on the shelf while he plies his trade with others. Many like this waiting undercover until they strike. Some, like this one, was too stupid to understand restraint, and tried to touch her right off, unable to control his deviance.

strangely, breasts do have mystical powers and do give us energy. 

 

Alcohol is worse than weed when it comes to aggressive behavior. 

A sex doll with huge breasts might do the trick for him.
