Your logic that brought you to that conclusion?

Oh, forgive me.  Tug being Tug.  Rambling on without meaning.

  • To be polite, I always make sure I dumb things down for MAGAnistas, those people captured by a four word slogan on a red hat, and who are eternally fooled by a self-serving, willfully ignorant clown.

  • Not sure I agree with all of his (?) States, but I can easily see this before 2028, especially if Trump survives and tries to run again:   CA, OR and WA secede to form Pacifica.

  • Not sure why you took six posts either.   Oops, seven.

I don't recall every reading that the Constitution allows secession, or a process to do so. In theory, it might be done by a proposal by either two-thirds of both houses of Congress or a convention called for by two-thirds of the states. The amendment would then have to be ratified by three-fourths of the states. I don't see a few states being able to achieve this. Another method may be via an act of Congress consenting to a state’s departure, which would then need agreement from the other states. This would be a political negotiation to dissolve the bond, but no established procedure exists. Why would a handful of states get Congress to agree?

Revolution is a third method that seems Constitutional but again, the continental US would control the military and invade the revolutionary states.

It has been tried before when eleven slave-owning Southern states declared their withdrawal from the United States. Asserting a constitutional right to leave, they formed the Confederate States of America and prepared to function as an independent nation. Abraham Lincoln, rejected this claim, viewing the Union as perpetual and acts of secession as legally void.

Unlikely to happen, and the guy obviously watched the film 'Civil War'. I saw that too. Must admit, after watching that film, I did wonder if a 2nd U.S. Civil War COULD happen in the days leading up to/after the next U.S. Presidential election if this idiot is still alive.

Here, for 'fun', is a possible redrawing of the U.S./Canada political map (west-to-east) 100 years from now, beginning in 2028:

Cascadia (long running movement already) or 'Pacifica' if you prefer the name - south to north:

California

Oregon

Washington St

British Columbia

Alaska

Yukon

Atlantica (south-to-north):

Delaware

Pennsyvania

New Jersey

New York St

Conneticut

Rhode Island

Massatchusettes

Vermont

New Hampshire

Maine

Rump USA:

Most states and not mentioned above or below, plus D.C., Alberta and Saskathewan. See *below.

Rump Canada:

Manitoba

Ontario

Quebec

Northwest Territories and Nunavit

Newfoundland

New Brunswick

Nova Scotia

Prince Edward Island

Minnesota* (even money)

Illinois* (probably not)

Michigan* (probably not)

Up for grabs/contested, given position and existing U.S. bases/troops/institutions (potential for internal fighting/combat in a contested boundary change):

North Carolina

Virginia

Maryland

Illinois

Michigan

Throughout history, boundaries have changed as Empires have weakened, then fallen, creating new opportunities for societies.

LOL! That idea would make Trump put some extra "crap" in his pampers!!!🤣🤣

Overall doubtful, perhaps, but we already are moving toward the rogue state scenario. No longer do I have "rights" as an American citizen. My rights now depend on in which state I reside. Big difference in orientation of the rural mostly "white bread" Republican states and the states with multiethnic large cities where, most of the population resides. Ha! Won't affect me ... living outside the USA (already cut off from earned Medicare benefits), once the Felon in Chief gains more control, Social Security cut off, as will be voting rights.

I've never heard this before, and I hope it isn't true.

But there is a greater risk of outside threats if countries get too small.

What if Xi decides to invade "Pacifica"?

Or maybe even Mexico's military would be more powerful than "Pacifica's" military.

The cartels might move in and take over.

Then you might beg Trump to take you back.

Why would Xi decide to invade Pacifica? The American threat would have been neutered, he would be quite happy with that. Small countries are no threat to the CCP. Monaco, Andora, Timor East, the Netherlands, Luxembourg to name a few...

maybe not a likely scenario, but the point is smaller countries can be more vulnerable to outside attacks.

Only if they continue to piss off the bigger ones. Smaller countries are not worth the bother of the bigger countries  getting all riled up about. The list of countries provided prove that...

Mind you, there are megalomaniacs that use any excuse to either threaten to annex, actually annex or actually invade other countries, normally smaller and no threat at all....

Happy to help your posting count MonteCardThree. Your post was so illiterate, I'm not sure what the f your point was.

You're a communist, got it.

You have no clue what communism is, nor do you seem to understand that a Communist leader can be entertained anywhere in the United States. Whatever happened to Macarthy, Better dead than red?

This has been brought up before, it isn't happening do the research and one can see it can happen but it is near impossible. I heard California is going to be divided North / South decades the same nonsense of withdrawing! 😅

Greenland fits well with Canada. Look at a map. Oops. Americans are mostly too dumb to be able to read maps

Would that statement include all Americans?

Could you do better?  Like, could you, using a 25,000 to 1, topographical map, navigate, at night, using only a compass and an altimeter, to a point on that map, that you have never been to before?

A fantasy and not believable. But if it had been true it would be good for the states..

I know communists are sneaky barstewards and pretend to be something they are not.

Your statement "you have no clue" is lazy.
