The slow moving coup in the USA

The amount of Orange Man Bad threads and posts on here is truly disturbing. That which cannot be mentioned on here (but can everywhere else) is most definitely a thing. Trump eating away at your sanity and constant hatred for the next 3 1/2  cannot be a good thing.

His major voting base was lower income and low educated white people. They are easily duped and fooled. They were having financial difficulties and Trump came in as a type of savior, creating a scapegoat and funneling votes his way.

One really needs to watch out when a savior appears. It's often masking something else underneath that's not really about saving you.

And your trying to mask your previous handle on here with this new profile.

You smell awfully familiar.

Now 10 % in intel. free market? nah straight fascism! and to all who like it, you are fascists.

What is worse is that Trump now will tell Intel CEO how to run his business. Wall Street investors say this is the worst that could happen to any company.

https://finance.yahoo.com/news/this-week-in-trumponomics-a-government-hedge-fund-140519070.html

Investors momentarily lost their minds on Aug. 22 when President Trump confirmed that the US government was planning to take a 10% stake in chip giant Intel (INTC), and the stock price surged. That’s crazy, because nothing could be worse for a company than the government — any government — getting involved and telling the CEO what to do.

Trump’s deal would give the US government a 10% stake in Intel in exchange for federal subsidies included in the 2022 CHIPS Act, which President Biden signed into law. Trump called the arrangement a “great deal.” Free marketeers howled. “A terrible decision, bad for almost everyone,” Scott Lincicome of the libertarian Cato Institute said on social media. “Bad for Intel's long-term viability, as politics, not commercial considerations, increasingly drive its decisions.”

What propaganda? What a strange reply. Are you sure you're posting in the correct thread?

The most reactionary and far-right sectors of the capitalist class have teamed up to back a wannabe dictator who’s managed to assemble a mass movement of contradictory forces behind him — outright racists and misogynists along with millions of disaffected and confused members of the working class. It’s the classic formula for fascism.

Word Salad.

This is not unpresented.   For example in 2009 Obama took a 60% stake in GM to save the company.

All you people do post stupid world salads.

You people are the genius you pretend to be in your minds.

Most of you lefties suffer from Communal narcissism

An agency-communion model of narcissism distinguishes between agentic narcissists (individuals satisfying self-motives of grandiosity, esteem, entitlement, and power in agentic domains) and communal narcissists (individuals satisfying the same self-motives in communal domains). Five studies supported the model. In Study 1, participants listed their grandiose self-thoughts. Two distinct types emerged: agentic (“I am the most intelligent person”) and communal (“I am the most helpful person”). In Study 2, we relied on the listed communal grandiose self-thoughts to construct the Communal Narcissism Inventory. It was psychometrically sound, stable over time, and largely independent of the Narcissistic Personality Inventory—the standard measure of agentic narcissism. In Studies 3 and 4, agentic and communal narcissists shared the same self-motives, while crucially differing in their means for need satisfaction: Agentic narcissists capitalized on agentic means, communal narcissists on communal means. Study 5 revisited the puzzle of low self–other agreement regarding communal traits and behaviors. Attesting to the broader significance of our model, this low self–other agreement was partly due to communal narcissists: They saw themselves as high, but were seen by others as low, in communion. Please please back your statement with a link to one of my posts.  I'll be waiting.

We were all told exactly what was going to happen back in 2017. Some simply chose not to believe, or to think that this war against the globalist criminal syndicate wasn't real because the TV man said it was a "conspiracy theory".

Yes. The military is going to be used to arrest the globalists and the criminal collaborators and politicians who have been subverting and infiltrating the US government for at least the last 5 decades. When both the legislative and judicial branch are compromised, the military is the only way. No, it's not a coup. It is the military being used exactly as they were intended. Exactly as Lincoln used them. To defend the US from foreign and domestic enemies who have subverted the Constitution.

You can believe Trump is the problem if it makes you feel good. But many of us have been waiting patiently for the net on this sting operation to close for 8 years. It is good that the disclosure phase of this espionage war is finally arriving. And yes, Trump, as CiC of the military, has been in charge this entire time. Including during the 4 years when the Biden regime belligerently occupied the USA, after illegally seizing control through a fraudulent election and invading DC in his private plane.

I will say it again. NOT  A  COUP. Liberation. I thank the US military for honoring their oaths to defend the Constitution and undertaking the coming operation.

Step 4: Station an army on the streets of the nation's capital.

Step 5: Use steps 1-4 to maintain power in the event you lose an election.

Post WWII, America had a policy of containing the Soviet Union. The North Korea Kim's were nut jobs. American allies assisted the containment process.

Now, we have BRICS. The EU, Canada and Mexico now have policies of containment directed at America. Former allies look askance at a 51% vote which puts an irrational and capricious leader in the White House.

This cannot be a good thing for America and Americans.

Nearly every 250 years an empire passes Into near obscurity. It truly feels like that is the moment for the US right now, it's been on the decline for at least three decades and nearly every policy that Trump enacts exacerbates the decline, and precipitates it quite dramatically.

In principle that's right - but in my own view this decline has been going on slowly, sort of step by step for decades, since Reagan and maybe even before him. Reagan was the wrecking ball that ruined the lower middle class and their aspirations, killed the unions with their health care and pensions, and began the offshoring of American jobs that continues even now - 2 generations later. Thatcher did the same to the UK - the Brexiteers are the UK's MAGA really. And that decline is accelerating for all to see.

But the real wake up call in USA was just before 9/11 and the neocons plan for a 21st century American 'revival'. Then came 9/11 - and that should have been when everyone opened their eyes. We can all debate whether the 9/11 Commission Report was accurate or full of half-truths and ignoring too many importing things (like building 7 as one example), but it doesn't matter who did it, who was in on it, if you think it was a bunch of Arabs, or a conspiracy with the Israelis, Cheney and Rumsfeld or whomever. The writing was on the crumbled walls of those buildings.

To go to war with every country surrounding Israel that had no real beef with the USA was a trillion dollar madness that cost thousands - millions of lives. But it was not knee-jerk it was intentional as a proxy for Israel to fight whom it perceived as its foes. Look where we are now? Israel still has immense power over US politicians of all stripes, they are bulldozing and murdering the Palesinians out of existence with the support of Trump (and those that came before him), a current President elected by the majority, who is (as you say exacerbating the decline - morally - and most likely accelerating the decine economically). What the USA and this world will look like in three years from now is quite possibly what nightmares are made of. So yes, it's Trump, but IMO he's just a symptom of a two-party system that is really just two sides of the same coin when it comes to aiding and abetting this decline of Empire. Trump is the madness of the USA in general.
