The CDC has repeatedly and publicly reported that myocardiitis is a very rare potential side effect of mRNA COVID vaccination (when it occurs, usually in young men) that usually is less common and less severe than the greater rates of myocarditis resulting from COVID infections, thus making the vaccines the preferable option.  Also, that they haven't seen any evidence of increased myocarditis rates stemming from COVID vaccination in recent years.

His options were a) get jabbed or b) lose his job.

So he was given a choice, which is all I stated.

Thought this was interesting....

Myocarditis after mRNA vaccination occurs in about 2 cases per 100,000 doses, mostly in males aged 12–29 after the second dose.

By contrast, COVID-19 infection itself carries a much higher myocarditis risk—up to 11 times greater than post-vaccine incidence

Your lack of empathy for the millions that had the choice between being jabbed against their wishes or losing their job, is well noted.

Of course, you never stopped to think why, because that doesn't fit your narrative.
Losing your job is a far less daunting experience than losing your life to Covid.

And plenty suffered and died from being unvaccinated.

The companies' announcements come amid escalating turmoil at the CDC. Last week, director Susan Monarez was fired less than a month into her tenure after resisting changes to vaccine policy that were advanced by Health Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr, who was handpicked by Trump earlier this year.
Her removal sparked the resignation of four senior CDC officials, who blamed the erosion of public health credibility.
Kennedy has also rescinded federal COVID vaccine recommendations for pregnant women and healthy children and halted about $500 million in funding across 22 mRNA vaccine research projects, including those targeting COVID.
As tensions over federal immunization policies and public health directives grow, Florida on Wednesday announced plans to end all state vaccine mandates, including for children to attend schools.

Kennedy is set to testify before the Senate Finance Committee later this week, where lawmakers are expected to probe the CDC's leadership crisis and ongoing policy shifts.
Pfizer also said new information on its latest vaccine strain, recently cleared by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration, will be published in the coming days.

Qh yes! The FDA. Think that's next for a clear out.
