That constitutes conviction, and isn't something of which the average person is convicted. Recall that Ms Carroll's team requested a sample of Trump's DNA so they could match it against the stains on the dress she wore that day, and never dry cleaned nor wore again. Her legal team was refused, and I guess in a civil trial, that holds up.
